  Great Hotel to stay at if you're in the area for Universal or Disney. Has a transport to the parks, you have to check the times. Has a little store by the front desk if you want to purchase souvenirs. The rooms was clean, tidy, well kept. There is breakfast for purchase and plenty of parking.

  Nice hotel, nice facilities. Pool and hot tub was solid (pool area closes at 10 am which was fine but it would be cool to have late night hot tub access) Kind desk worker who gave us 2 bottles of water and some snacks and went above and beyond for check in. Hidden 25$ a night fee for room maintenance but our hotel room was not cleaned after the first nights stay. Also a maid walked in without knocking before we checked out on the last day. Glad we weren’t changing or something.

  We stay in many holiday Inns and this unfortunately was one of the worst. Very noisy so loud you cannot sleep. Lobby looks more like a flea market than a hotel. Elevator smelled terrible. Location was pretty sketchy and although it is technically close to celebration it is not walkable and is a VERY different vibe than the celebration area.

  The bartender Juan this evening sunday mothers day absolutely nasty rude and really think he doesn't like people of other color he should not be working in the public arena should be placed in a room with no access or interaction with the public so sad that such person exists in today's day and age wish I could have given less than a one star review i must say this hotel take thier guess opinion extremely serious a wonderful young lady Veronica reached out to me first thing this morning met with her in person very apologetic very understanding of my experience assured me that's not business as usual after our little talk was very satisfied felt a lot better and yes would recommend and yes if im back the area would stay here again super shout out to Veronica

  I will never stay at a Holiday Inn by IHG again. While the room itself was fine, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I checked out on Saturday, 04/25, at 11 PM. The front desk agent explicitly told me everything was "clear and good" with no additional charges. However, as I was loading my car, I received a notification that $28.38 had been charged to my card. I immediately went back inside, and the same employee admitted he made a "mistake" and claimed he cancelled it on the spot. When I asked for a receipt or proof of cancellation, he refused, claiming he couldn't provide documentation for a charge that "never existed," despite my bank notification saying otherwise. It has now been several days, and the charge has moved from pending to fully posted on my account. It was never cancelled or refunded. Since then, I have called IHG four separate times. Every single time, the representative listened to my story and told me they were transferring me to a "specialist." As soon as I explained the situation to the specialist and asked for either an invoice or a refund, they hung up on me. This happened four times with four different people. This isn't about the $28.38; it’s about the principle. A global hospitality brand should not be lying to its guests and hanging up on them to avoid accountability for an unauthorized charge. If you value transparency and respect, stay somewhere else.
