  Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW – Celebration Area was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel delivered a warm, polished, five-star experience that made us feel genuinely valued. What elevated our stay to another level were Darien and Davion at the front desk. Their service was truly white-glove—gracious, attentive, professional, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. This wasn’t simply great customer service; it was genuine hospitality at its finest. Darien and Davion are remarkable ambassadors for this property and the IHG brand. A memorable experience, exceptional service, and hospitality worthy of far more than five stars.

  We had a 4 night stay booked with points. I signed paperwork for a $100 hold on my card. No problem. However two days into my stay I receive a $13 charge. I called and was told it was an error it wouldn’t happen again. Next day I receive a $200 charge on my card. No answers as to why this happened. They removed the hold however it took several days to reflect in my account causing a huge inconvenience to which they couldn’t care less. I would never recommend this hotel. Edit - this isn’t regarding the authorization on my card as I clearly stated I signed paperwork agreeing to that. My issue is the arbitrary charges on my card that happened after that I did not give permission to. In any other setting this would be considered FRAUD & STEALING.

  Staff was really rude especially at front desk i asked a simple question about my confirmation code and it turned into this black man getting an attitude with 3 black females do not recommend going here at all the pools were closed and being worked on, this hotel gets booked a lot and its packed. Location is terrible with a busy ass intersection no wonder you're a 3 star hotel ‼️💯👎🏾👎🏾

  I am not a big review person, not my thing but this stay was exceptional and the people involved should be recognized. I was flying into Orlando for a quick 1 day stay for a memorial for a fallen family member. My flight landed at 7:50am. Veronica C. had corresponded with me prior to my stay. I requested an early check in. Veronica and staff were extremely empathetic to my situation. Veronica set up my stay with notes for other team members and they followed through. I was able to get in early and get a nap before things began. The next day upon checking out Veronica found out my flight wasn't until 4:47pm and she extended my check out time. At a time when I am dealing with so many emotions she made my stay stress free. Thank you so much. I highly recommend staying here, not only for the incredible staff but the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall vibe.

  While the hotel is starting to show its age, and lord only knows how many people stay here a year, I will say it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked, plenty of receptacles for charging, the bathroom did its job, the pool & pool area was nice, the parking lot is easy to get into & out of and is also well lit (plus its free!), and the location is perfect for Old Town and for Disney. The staff is great. The cleaning staff was always helpful and accommodating if I needed anything, but the front desk guy, Carlos, if the friendliest and hardest working guy in the world, I mean that 100%. The phone was ringing off the hook, the line was stacking up, and none of it caused him to lose his cool or professionalism or get short with anyone. IHG found a gold nugget when they hired this young man, great job.
