  Horrible hotel. It should not he called a resort and they should NOT charge resort fees. Halls smelled like a motel. Shower water took forever to warm up. Elevators not working, wifi lags, the pool towels look like dirty rag towels, stained. Bathroom towels also stained and felt like they havent been replaced in years. Pool was always dirty. Service was horrible. The elevator that was working, had a handle fall off, thankfully no one was hurt. Huge liability. Not even a free breakfast. Cheaper hotels have free breakfast, here you pay $15/day for a bad buffet.

  Came here to appreciate how nice and kind Rim the receptionist was apologies if I didn’t get her name right but she was so nice to talk to and she made my stay quite a bit better than what it would have turned out to, Rim if you are reading this then thanks again for the warm welcome and for a fun chat. One more thing I quite liked was the swimming pool and how easily the towels were accessible to us ie towels were right beside the swimming pool. Couple things to note out were not having a microwave and a proper bathroom door as those were the bare minimums I was expecting from a hotel like this. But all in all decent experience!

  Overall, my stay was good. I must say though that Christina, who was the main Bartender that I dealt with during my stay was AWESOME!! Specifically, when I wanted particular food items that didn’t necessarily go with my entrée, Christina thought outside the box and helped me select items that would fit with what I was looking for. I work as a catering and project manager for a catering company in. Miami and I must say that she epitomizes is what it means to think outside the box and never say no to a customer.

  We came as a group to celebrate our friends' 12th wedding anniversary, but our stay at the Holiday Inn was marred by a major disappointment. We arrived late at night for check-in, and my friends found dirty towels in their room. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the main issue was the lack of follow-through from the staff: the issue was reported to the front desk early the next morning, and we were assured the towels would be replaced promptly. However, when we returned to the room around lunchtime, the dirty towels were still there. It’s really a shame, as the breakfast is very good and the hotel's amenities are great, but the lack of attention to basic hygiene and the unfulfilled promise to fix the problem ruined our experience.   I would like to express my disappointment with my first experience at this hotel. I chose the Holiday Inn to celebrate my wedding anniversary, expecting to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. However, when we arrived in our room, there were only three towels available, and two of them were completely unacceptable. One towel had toilet paper stuck to it, and another had visible dirty stains. As a result, I had to use the towel my husband had just used, which was still wet. Today, I left the room available for housekeeping, but no one came to clean it. When we returned from the pool, we still had no clean towels available. I strongly encourage you to review your quality standards. It is unacceptable for dirty towels to be folded and placed in a guest’s room, especially at a Holiday Inn hotel. I would also like to offer a heartfelt suggestion: whatever we do, we should do it with all our heart and with love. It’s also important to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes. When guests choose a hotel, they expect to return from a day out to a clean, organized room with fresh towels, where they can relax and enjoy their stay. The room should be a place of comfort, not a source of stress. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far below my expectations, especially since I chose the Holiday Inn to celebrate such a special occasion—my wedding anniversary.
