  Muy mala experiencia la habitación que nos entregaron estaba sucia el baño sucio el televisor no sirvió los 5 días que estuvimos no cambiaron sábanas ni limpiaron la habitación la piscina des área que nos tocó estaba sucia bajas a desayunar a las 9am y el desayuno ya está frío Cuando se hizo la reserva nos ofrecieron mil cosas y ninguna cumplieron de verdad no lo recomiendo Tampoco nos dieron papelera ni para la habitación ni para el baño se tuvo que pedir y dieron una aparte sucia Está bien ubicado pero no tienen buen servicio O será que el piso que estuvimos no tennis esos servicios

  We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The carpet is extremely old and should be replaced as soon as possible. We only stayed here because a dance competition was being held at the hotel. Several families had to switch hotels because the dust and old carpeting smell on the rooms. Overall, the property is in need of significant improvements. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed

  The staff is what makes this place so good. The front desk personnel were amazing. Super nice. Super helpful. But the shining star was the bar tender, Edgar. Dude was on top of his game. He was running around doing all kinds of tasks but still managed to keep up with the people sitting at the bar. He even managed to have time to joke with us. Great personality and amazing work ethic. Do NOT let this man leave. He is the anchor of this place as far as I’m concerned. Rooms are nothing to write home about. Just simple motel style rooms. They feel old and need some work. First room we tried the AC didn’t work. We moved to another room and the AC worked great. I will say, even though the rooms are old, they are at least doing all they can to maintain them. Their staff is constantly cleaning, mopping, cleaning windows, etc. Just don’t expect Conrad style hotel rooms. They’re basic rooms that simply work. The common areas are the best part. The other great part of this hotel for me was the fact they are very pet friendly. They allow dogs in most of the common areas. That’s a huge plus since I travel with a mini schnauzer. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s close to a lot of things like Celebration, Disney, Universal, etc. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and places to shop. Overall it’s a great experience. Especially with Edgar as the bar tender.

  Sure all good reviews on thrid-party platforms , but don't let that guide you . I stayed here and it was dirty not up to code to the point the Fire Alarm went off and I took the emergency stairs and when i got to my floor the door know stayed in my hand ! Yes it came off! The room a mattress with stains on the side like water marks and the window curtains off the track , coffee maker broken . The bedroom door not closing properly , no safety box in the room . You might see great pictures but with editing anything looks good. Carpet all stained and dirty and the list goes on .

  We decided to check into this hotel, but the experience was terrible from the very beginning. First of all, the price did not match what was shown on the website. At the front desk there was a very rude and unpleasant girl with an annoyed attitude. When we asked if we could see the room before checking in, she said she would not show it and told us to “look at the website.” But a website cannot show the smell of the room or how clean it actually is. Then we spoke to another receptionist, a man, who was a bit more polite at first and said he would show us the room after the line of guests behind us was finished. We waited around 20 minutes, and then he came over and simply said he would not show us the room after all. When we asked why he did not say that from the beginning, he just shrugged his shoulders. The customer service here is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. It felt like guests are not valued at all. After this experience, we completely lost any desire to stay at this hotel.
