  The physical hotel was *fine* in a decent location. Having a complimentary shuttle to disney and a Dunkin' in the lobby was definitely a perk. The room itself was spacious but definitely showed signs of wear. My main gripe comes with what happened during my stay. I only stayed for one night and a hotel employee tried to enter my room at 2am. Thankfully I had the privacy lock on the door so no one could come in. It was very jarring. When I inquired at the desk, they said it was because I was never officially checked in in the system and they didn't have record I was there. Not only is this a safety issue if there was a fire or something, but also having people enter the room while occupied in the middle of the night was a huge disturbance. I was offered breakfast as a sorry. I wouldn't return.

  Edgar my bartender was an absolute machine . He kept me well fed and the drinks flowing all day! He has made me laugh the entire morning that I’ve been here with the him and I truly appreciate his great sense of humor. If every bar in America had a bartender like Edgar I would frequent and become a drunk . This man is a pleasure . Oh yeah , and the food was good . Make sure to stop by on your way out or in or literally whenever. U won’t regret it . Thank you Edgar ! ….. Oh yeah I forgot I was reviewing the hotel … hotel was clean and spacious . U will love your stay here !!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Resort in Kissimmee! We’ve been having an incredible time since the moment we arrived, and what truly makes this place special is the people who work here! Christina was absolutely wonderful from the start. So warm, welcoming, and genuinely inviting. She immediately made us feel right at home. When her shift ended, Edger took over and was just as amazing! The hospitality didn’t miss a beat. The bartenders have been fantastic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone has a great time. The resort itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff who really make the difference. You can have a beautiful property anywhere, but it’s the people who turn a stay into an experience worth remembering. A huge thank you to Christina, Edgar, and Ashlyn, and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We’re having an amazing time, and it’s largely because of you! Highly recommend this resort!

  Service was superb. Ever since I stepped in the hotel. From front desk, they received me and my mom with a smile and recognized me as a Platinum member. Treatment was amazing, they went above and beyond filling all the requests and needs and got more than I even expected, housekeepers doing a great job maintaining rooms spotless and Daniela the young lady at the cashier's at the restaurant did also an amazing job when I got my breakfast and got the discount for Platinum member. Overall, we are leaving with a smile and wanting to come back more often. Kuddos to the entire team.

  The hotel is in decent condition and appears to have been recently acquired by IGH. The property is currently being remodeled, including the guest rooms. The room was comfortable and nicely updated, although it did not have a microwave, which was disappointing. I liked that the hotel is large and offers several amenities, including a fitness center, pizza bar, on-site Budget car rental, and a nice pool area. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was greeted whenever I entered or left the hotel, and the staff made sure to assist with anything I needed. The other guests were also pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance of the souvenir shops, which was convenient since I did not have a car and used Uber instead. The property has a great atmosphere, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I believe that once the remodeling is complete—especially the exterior updates—the hotel will be an even better place to stay. If I return to Orlando, I would definitely stay here again.
