  We absolutely loved our stay. Our favorite part of each day was going to breakfast at 7:00 a.m. We would especially like to thank Mrs. Amor for her kindness, exceptional hospitality, and all the thoughtful attention she gave us. Without a doubt, we will be coming back because of her. Thank you!

  Pros - very close to Disney - breakfast included - very friendly staff - budget friendly - very comfy bed - nice cold room Cons - shuttle to parks is 1 time in morning and 1 time at night that’s it. Also they pick up many other hotels on the way which makes the 10 min drive to park really about 45 mins - rooms very dated and need upgrades

  Hotel muito bom em infraestrutura, equipe, limpeza, tamanho dos quartos... A equipe do café da manhã, principalmente a funcionária Amor Gonzalez, faz jus ao nome...é um amor e tornou nossa estadia muito mais agradável. Uma sugestão: o hotel cobra uma taxa para fruição do "parque", o que em 10 dias representou mais de 200 dólares, entretanto, devido aos nossos compromissos não passamos nem perto da área de lazer do hotel. Poderiam cobrar essa taxa somente no dia que o hóspede utilizasse de fato o ambiente.

  We stayed here for the last 3 years in the summer. Rooms: good. No more coffee makers unless you ask for them in order to reduce waste. Is that good? It's great. EXCEPT...they don't recycle. So, don't take my coffee maker away in order to save a few plastic spoons and cups from being used, but allow for dozens of plastic bottles to be thrown away daily. Beds: too soft! Floating on a cloud is ok for a while, but they are too soft. Service: excellent beyond words! Service with a smile, knowledgeable and accommodating! Marcia in the dining room is dedicated and passionate about her job. So is the other woman, dark hair, slender. Front desk... the new guy, great! And the other tall guy, Andrew? Very nice. The woman that helped the new guy (sorry!) was so nice. She gave me a growing teenager room upgrade for more space. We were rewarded for our loyalty. Thanks! Now, the amenities are always awesome! Lots of family activities. However, the zipline and rock climbing wall are not operating due to the outside company owning them. This should be made aware at the time of booking as this was a big draw for us. Especially since my kids are outgrowing some of those younger activities. Mini golf course looks better maintained this year. Please change the signage in the elevator to reflect the times, though. We missed out on golf one night because the sign said it ended at 8pm, but I discovered that it was open til 9pm. By then, it was too late to have the family come downstairs because it was 8:30. Everything is clean and cared for. We felt welcomed and safe. Thank you!
