Just so everybody knows you can only access the boardwalk if you were staying at the resort or have a restaurant reservation they will not let you just walk around for general parking. Had to learn this the hard way.

I visited Disney’s BoardWalk expecting a large, lively entertainment area, but it turned out to be much quieter than I anticipated. A big part of that is the operating hours — many of the shops and kiosks don’t open until after 3 PM. I usually check hours before visiting, but this time I didn’t, and it definitely made a difference. The highlight of the visit was Cake Bake Shop. The atmosphere was gorgeous, and everything we tried was excellent. We picked up their brownie and a vanilla matcha latte, and my daughter absolutely loved it. Most people who spend time on the BoardWalk are staying at one of the nearby Disney resorts, so they naturally pass through the area. I didn’t stay at a resort, so I can’t comment on that experience, but I do know it’s an easy walk to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios — which makes the BoardWalk feel like a nice bonus for resort guests. However, if you’re visiting just for the BoardWalk itself, especially earlier in the day, it can be a disappointment. It’s much quieter than it appears in photos or videos, and it really comes alive only later in the afternoon and evening.

What can I say about the mouse. Some will be offended if I tell you this place is just an excuse to extract every last dime out of your pocket on trinkets emblazoned with the image of a rodent that, lets face it, most of us have never seen in an actual cartoon and those of us who have were kind underwhelmed. Of course some of you will get exactly what I'm saying. Food was ok, entertainment was good but overall I felt a lot lighter in my wallet when I left...and I didn't even buy the rodent trinkets.

Me and my family tried to go but was told we can't come in with out reservations they sended us to Disney springs for grab a bus for get in but when we arrived to Disney springs the young rude lady told us we cant get the bus because we are not staying in a resort or going to theme parks, I told her then how can we get in Disney board walk but she replied it's not her problem that we couldn't grab the bus this is so disgusting how can a free place in Disney boardwalk don't have parking for people that don't have reservations. How then families are supposed to visit this place if there's no access plus rude employees.
