  We stayed for 6nts and could not hace been happier. Upon arrival, we noticed an issue with our room and the gentleman at the front desk was quick to remedy the concern. Our stay was quiet, clean and memorable in wonderful ways. The grounds were fun to walk around in the mornings to see little bits of nature as there is a small pond and forest-y area around the property. The little lizards are adorable! We were surprised with it being Florida that we did not see a single cockroach anywhere; which you almost can expect with the florida climate regardless of how nice and clean a place is. The staff was all nice and professional, very accommodating and kind. The property was always clean, inside and out and very quiet for being close to a major road. Parking was plentiful and there are numerous food options a short walk or drive away. There is a Walmart walking distance and we found that to be very helpful in picking up small items needed or snacks. The pool was clean, as was the pool area and very comfortable with great sun almost all day. My only "complaint" would be breakfast hours. Breakfast in the a.m was a huge part of my hotel selection process, so it was a bummer to feel inable to utilize it. Breakfast ends at 9a weekdays and 930a weekends and we were unable to make it to breakfast all but 1 day. Coming from Oregon, we had a hard time adjusting to the 3hrs ahead in Florida and 9a in Florida is 6a for our bodies and mind, so we would have had to get up before "6am" to get breakfast. I was surprised as most BW locations I've frequented on the westcoast had breakfast available until 10 or 1030, and I feel like a 7-10a breakfast might be more ideal than a 6-9a breakfast in an area where people travel to from all over the world and adjust to time change. Overall, we would stay again and plan to when we return to the area in a few months. 💜

  The room was great. We were under the impression the rooms had a sofa bed based on pictures on the website. They did not. The bathroom door room 422 wouldn't close all the way. It would get stuck. Other than that. Everything was great.

  When you walk in, it immediately smells like cigarettes. The concierge was very nice and helpful. The elevator and hallways were outdated and dingy, there were stains all over the carpet. The room was disgusting, my door lock did not work, the tub looked brown, and I had to find another hotel same day. Since it was non refundable I just took my L and left within 20 minutes.

  Besides the elevator braking down one time , but it was fixed right away. Everything else was great all employees were polite very nice and profesional. The employees in the breakfast side were very helpful and well manner especially Heidi well manner, profesional and helpful person, she will take care of anybody with a smile even when I saw that they were overwhelmed. Thank you all.

  What a terrible place! It's not fit to receive guests. It's infested with cockroaches and smells awful. The elevator doesn't work, the hallways are full of holes, and there's no air conditioning. They moved us to a room on the fourth floor because the one on the first floor was full of cockroaches, but the fourth-floor room was even worse—hot, smelly, and damp. This place is terrifying. I had to get my girls out of there immediately because they wouldn't stop crying when they saw so many cockroaches.
