  My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and were extremely disappointed in this hotel. The room was dated, the phone didn't work and the "mangrove" view is just some hedges along the road. On top of that, they charge a $52 dollar per day "resort fee" but they provide nothing of significance for that. They actually try and claim that the towels in your room and the bathrobes are part of the "resort amenities" LMFAO. The shuttle goes to one location and back. Everything within walking distance is closed by 9 and the hotel shuttle stops at 10pm so if you wanna go downtown at night you will have to purchase an uber. Both pools also close at 10pm which was very disappointing for a key west hotel on a private marina. Most mornings the free coffee in the lobby was empty or not there, and neither was the water. We ended up getting a room comped by American airlines at Margaritaville beach house for a night and were shocked at the difference in quality and how much the Perry is just a money grab and sucks. Seriously this place is wildly overpriced and I would NEVER recommend staying here. You will end up with a huge bill at check out, full of BS fees that were NEVER stated. STAY AWAY from this place it is a tourist trap thru and thru. I attached a photo of part of our bill so you can see the level of nonsense this place is on.

  Our experience at the hotel was fantastic overall. We really enjoyed the amenities, and the service was top-notch. However, it would be much better if they didn't charge for parking, as it is an unexpected additional cost for those of us staying there.

  We had a great one night stay at The Perry Hotel & Marina with our dog! Ashwin at the front desk was super accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. We spent some time relaxing by the pool and enjoyed a refreshing Key Lime Colada by the water. Such a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

  Wonderful stay at the Perry, great views and quiet part of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well stocked, pool areas are very nice with plenty of loungers. There are things to do on the property with bars and restaurants, plenty of boats in the marina that do charters and tours, and lots of space to walk and relax if you prefer a slower pace. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! When we are in the keys again we will be booking our stay at the Perry!!

  After a 14-hour flight followed by a 5-hour drive to Key West, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff at The Perry Hotel. The check-in process was quick, friendly, and very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds. We had a lovely and relaxing stay overall. The only disappointing part was that there was no electric kettle in the room. Since we drink tea or coffee three to four times a day, this affected our experience more than expected. Having to go to the hotel bar several times a day just to get hot water felt inconvenient, especially when the bar was closed and there was no other way to get boiling water. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. 🫶
