  After a couple years of lobster mini season out of the Perry Marina, I must say this is exceptional for an active boater. The marina has showers and laundry and the gas dock/bait shop people are on top of their game. Really exceptional marina.

  Stayed here for a girls weekend visiting Key West. We were greeted with champagne upon check-in and were easily able to upgrade our room for a small fee. Hotel staff were always available and lovely to talk to. Parking was super easy. The pool was so peaceful and relaxing after walking around Duval street. 10/10 experience!

  We didn’t stay in the hotel but rented a boat from the marina and spent two night there. The hotel was really nice. We used the gym and the pool. Both were really good. We sat at the bar one night and Sam was our bartender. She was very nice and was good at helping with local activities. However, a huge shout out to Johnny from concierge service. He went up and beyond service. Our golf cart that we rented got flooded out . He came and got us down the road and let us use his cart for the rest of the day. In general the hotel and marina was amazing!!

  The best hotel/resort in Key West. We were there for 4 days and they took very good care of us. My fiance and I were there to celebrate our engagement and thd hotel met ALL our expectations. Shout out to Jayme and Ashwin for assisting my fiance with arranging our room for a beautiful romantic atmosphere. We will return for sure.

  We cant stop talking about the place. Its starts the moment you arrive. They treat the guests as though its a 6 star dubia hotel. Not 5 , 6. 11/10. The professionalism. The courtesy & respect. The vibe, energy. Top notch. The location. The pool. Marina. From the maid service, front desk, concierge, managment, upper managment. Servers, cordial polite. I run several companies. They have IT. IDK who and how they were trained. It works n does it work amazing. The under promise & over deliver. We are coming back soon and many more times. Even the rooster was on his best behavior. How do you train a roster. Haha. We celebrated our 6 yr anniversary. If i had time i would name off every person. The thing is. Idk of any small mininal incident we had. The perry staff makes the diffrence. The amenties where the icing on the cake. No spa. They do not need it. They have perfected a larger boutique environment. Hats of to the owners who have instilled complete competnce on how to facilitate guests. Period. Great job and we thank you for the most relaxing sereal experience we had. We travel a bit for business. I would n will do business with them effortlessly. Planning on going back soon. Bringing fam and clients to rent a fishing yatch to go deep sea fishing. The place was spotless.
