  This place is amazing, not sure where to even begin. First and foremost Mario is an AMAZING shuttle driver! He goes above and beyond with his job. He is a true testament of exemplary customer service with his vast knowledge of the island. If everybody was a Mario, the world would know peace, he’s not just a driver, he’s a friend. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Never once did we have a problem and they made this trip entirely too easy. Kosta and konstant are great bartenders. They made GREAT drinks and have a great vibe going on at the bar, as if you’re family. Even if this hotel was located in bupkis Mississippi, I’d still find my way back. The atmosphere is just THAT amazing!

  I'm not often impressed with a hotel but this one was nice 👌.. the only down fall of Havana Cabana is they do not offer a included breakfast with the already expensive room price 🤑 .. they could at least offer free Coffee in the lobby since they sell cans of some sort of very expensive Cuban 🇨🇺 coffee ☕️ in the lobby 😎

  Posizione ideale per visitare le keys motel molto curato, ampio parcheggio con possibilità di parcheggiare vicino alla camera, piscina molto carina animata da dj con servizio consierge per gli asciugamani, pool bar nella norma e foodtruck molto carino di si possono mangiare piatti tipici a prezzi contenuti e buona qualità.   Stayed for four nights.. The pros, service is amazing from start to finish. The front desk, shuttle drivers, bar tenders in the outside bar and inside bar were so friendly and helpful. For the price it has good value. Keep in mind it's location, you're about 20 mins from Duval. It is super convenient to publix, but basically there is nothing else around walkable. But, the shuttle makes up for this. The rooms are average, again good value for what it is but don't expect luxury furnishings. Bed is comfortable. Shower is small , low water pressure, a shower upgrade is much needed. Overall a great place to consider in key west. Special shout out to Jackie the shuttle driver, she is one amazing human being, really enjoyed chatting with her!

  First time, EVER visiting the keys, much less Florida. This resort/hotel is amazing. Definitely worth the visit and experience. Everything (stores, etc) is very close proximity. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely polite. If this is your first time experiencing Key West. I highly recommend this place. 10/10. Not to mention, the sunsets are gorgeous. The 3 pictures are actual photos taken, not photoshopped.
