The attitude was completely unacceptable, and the way I was spoken to was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy shown throughout the interaction. Customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected, not frustrated and uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with this person based on my experience.i do not recommend at all maria sotomayor horrible staff member
