  This has to be one of the worst Best Western hotel ive been to. Bath tub was gross and there was poo 💩 on the comforter bugs and the front desk person was rude.

  The room looks cleaned when we arrived but when we entered the room we smell right away a foul smell and smoke i dont know if its from the carpet but seems like it. Since we just went there to sleep and only for a night we didn't made of a big deal because I thought it was okay. But that night I havent sleep good because the smells bothers me a lot. I ended get being sick the next day when we check out. I wont go back to this hotel again.

  La habitación me robaron un trípode fui a preguntar a resección y me dijeron que me iban a avisar para dármelo y nunca me lo entregaron por lo demás bien está limpia la habitación un señor nos cambió de habitación y fue amable

  Beware of the deceptive charges at the BW Kendall. I stayed 3 nights at the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel on a business trip. After entering my credit card for the room, the hotel had me enter the card again for a $50 "credit hold". Something of that nature was expected as most hotels put a small hold on a card for incidentals and then remove the hold after checking out. There was NO NOTICE whatsoever that the hold was non-refundable, in fact the clerk explained it as a "hold". The $50 was added to my bill on check out/ After waiting 2 months for the credit to appear on my credit card bill, I called the hotel. The hotel then explained, for the first time, that the $50 was a "fee" for "getting approval for the card". (We all know how that works: put the card in the little machine and wait a second for approval.) There was no refund or return of the "hold". Federal regulations allow for a maximum of 4% for a credit card fee and the retailer is prohibited from profiting from it. Federal regulations also require advance notice of the fee to be posted. The hotel is using semantics to deceive customers and skirt the law ("credit card fee" vs. "card approval charge"). This is very deceptive, underhanded and illegal.
