    The atmosphere of the hotel was nice but the staff seemed a little strange almost as if there was something else going on. Not happy about the refund for the fees taken out in case of damage. Still have not gotten the $75 back yet and it's been over 2 weeks. That's a lot of money for someone like me. They just keep telling me to wait that it will come instead of refunding me.

    I had a great stay at this hotel. I was so impressed with Yolanda, the cook lady! She made sure there was plenty of delicious breakfast for everyone and worked hard to keep everything stocked up. Excellent customer service!

    Location is right in the beach. Breakfast included with free parking. Only drawback was one associate at check in on Friday afternoon and we had to wait 20 min to check in

    😃 hey this is a great location and within walking distance of the beach the beach is about 3-1/2 football fields away the parking lots are nice and there is a sports bar / Eatery right next door and there's also another eating place across the street the rooms are in good condition but the cleaning staff I give them a rating of 3 not because the rooms are nasty it's because the staff is a Lil slow if you know what I mean 🤪 😂😂

    Beware ! My daughter was on vacation with her best friends family. Her wallet was found, returned to the front desk, camera footage confirmed the contents of her wallet were intact. The wallet was subsequently stolen by an employee. Again confirmed by the hotels general manager. The hotel is legally responsible for safeguarding the property returned and to provide restitution. However, now the manager refuses to return my calls. The hotel owner refuses to acknowledge the multiple emails I sent to him directly. IHG said they won’t take responsibility bc it’s a “privately owned” establishment. Stay away, bring your business elsewhere, especially if you don’t want your belongings stolen by staff.
