At the end of the lakeside boardwalk in the European-styled Tapestry Park village, with its restaurants and shops a quick walk away, you’ll find the Hotel Indigo® Jacksonville Deerwood Park hotel. While our neighborhood was once dubbed “Hollywood East,” today our hotel’s attentive team members, stylish decor and distinctive amenities invite intrepid travelers to make our neighborhood their temporary home. We’re pet friendly, have a gorgeous outdoor pool, and an event space that can handle up to 100 for business or social occasions. We also host Silent Sundays, in partnership with Norman Studios Silent Film Museum, with silent films, popcorn and post film discussions for a $5 admission, benefiting the museum’s refurbishment efforts.

You have officially lost all my business, because your managers have forgotten that they’re servants of customers, not the other way around. I don’t leave voicemails: I EXPECT to be able to reach a manager when needed, not treated like I need an APPOINTMENT to get questions answered. The hotel industry as a whole has completely lost its way regarding customer service………
- LLLinks1959Jun 14, 20265.0We arrived at the hotel Thursday, June 11th for 3 nights. It was an excellent vacation. The food was delicious and the variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. We did not have to leave the hotel to eat out at any time. Chef Steven and his staff, Candice and Sou-chef Jeff went the extra mile to make our large group of 10 meals with not a long wait time. Chef Steven and Bartender/waitress Candice worked extra hard to accommodate our large group for the first two nights then a group of approx. 25 people on Saturday night. Candice made the best drinks and they were very pleasant.

And a BIG Thanks to our breakfast server "Kymmie" for the experience and having a wonderful meal with my family and taking care of us.
