  I had such a pleasant and seamless experience here. Elena was SO helpful and really went out of her way to be kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

  We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the view of the lake was beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The area felt very safe, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The woman at the front desk was friendly and had us checked in quickly. Our room was updated, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the unique blue accent wall—it gave the room a modern feel. It also had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire property was well maintained and cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

  Check-in was quick and easy. We got in late and went to get something to eat. We were tired from the travel and went straight to sleep. We woke up the next morning and noticed the fitted sheet on the bed was stained. We asked the front desk clerk, a black lady with no name tag to change the sheets for us. We went about our day and come back later that evening to find the sheets had not been changed. By this time housekeeping was gone for the day. We have stayed there before, but this time was not a pleasant experience.

  Absolutely stunning hotel!!! The rooms are very nice, clean and roomy!!! The lake adds a special touch and in the evening it’s gorgeous. At check in Elena was absolutely amazing, very personable and hilarious. She made us feel right at home. The bar is super nice and our bartender Candace was amazing! She made great drinks, nightlife suggestions and restaurant recommendations. We will only stay here from now on when visiting Jacksonville!!!

  Stayed 4th of July weekend. Eleana checked us in. There could be a language barrier there but she's sweet (i read the other comments and some of us are just too entitled). The decor is top tier 👌🏾 but my room wasn't properly cleaned. I should've known when the entrance area for luggage carts looked like it hasn't been swept/vacuumed in days. Remote had something disgusting on it (lysol wipe revealed it). Lounge chair in the room had a large dark spot on it (we covered it with a towel). The bathroom (which mean the most) was the WORST. Toilet seat visibly stained, tissue dispenser made a squeaky noise when using (oldest version I've seen), shower had hair in it. I personally cleaned it (like i always do) and some brown substance rinsed off the walls 😡Need major attention.. i notified mgmt on my 1st night. She was going to put in a request to have someone come and clean it but I declined. I had already cleaned/sanitized it. Pool was dirty. Patio furniture had visible cobwebs, stains, etc. Now the Bar & Bistro in the lobby saved my vacation 🙌🏾 Good food and staff. Shout out to Candace and Chef. Oh, and the music playlist set the tone!! This hotel has potential (location is great; pet friendly) but I do not plan on staying again until changes are made.
