  My stay at the hotel was fantastic. Spent some time at the bar and really enjoyed talking with the bartender Kaitlin. She had such a great energy and was very fun. Nick at the front desk was on it.

  Phenomenal place to stay. A bit hard to find. Loved the atmosphere. But the customer service we received from Kaitlyn was BEYOND excellent! She gets 👍🏾👍🏾 from my wife and I.

  The Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park was a bit of a disappointment. We arrived on a Saturday night and though there were many dinner options within walking distance we decided to try the onsite restaurant, 98 Forty East Bar & Bistro. The service was fine and the salad was fresh but my entree was sub-par. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and while the shrimp was good the pasta was badly overcooked and the dish lacked flavor. This is unusual when ordering a “Cajun” dish and we decided we would not revisit the in-house restaurant. When we finished dinner I asked about coffee availability for the next morning. I was told complimentary coffee would be available at 7 AM. This was less than ideal for us to begin with but when I went down to the lobby the next morning I was informed that the manager had just set a new policy and coffee was now $4 a cup. This angered me and I drove a few miles to get $4 cups of coffee rather than spend any more money at this establishment. The room was clean but could use a refresh. The staff was courteous if a bit distant. This was a convenient location for us but we will not stay at this Hotel Indigo again. I can get past a bad meal but the management needs to rethink coffee availability for their guests.

  Beautiful gorgeous place, our room was beautiful comfortable and clean although the shower could use some bleach on some of the grout, however ... when you walk into this hotel there is a strong scent of something being sprayed or scent being used to cover up a sewer or poop smell - was there a sewage overflow?

  Me and my daughter had a great stay. I really wanted to find a place with a pool but one that regulated the temperature so it’s not freezing cold. I loved that the pool the way the hotel sits still is shaded even during the day. The front desk associate Elena was so pleasant. At night after swimming we decided to order some food from the restaurant downstairs, which unfortunately was very busy so when we called they weren’t able to answer. Elena actually ended up taking our order for us and putting it in and she also brought our food to our table when we made it down there. She was so sweet and so helpful ensuring that we were helped during that rush time. Me and my daughter truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again.
