  Very nice hotel. Super clean, modern rooms. And the bed and pillows were very comfortable, very important!

  I have stayed at this hotel every year to me with my family.But unfortunately, my experience this year was very disappointing.The overall quality of the hotel has declined to significantly, especially when it comes to cleaningness and customer service The rooms themselves are fine , but the carpets throughout the hotel were extremely dirty and appeared to be in need of a deep cleaning from the moment I walked in , I noticed that the property was not maintained to the same standard as previous years. The most frustrating part of my stay was the customer service.I needed towels because water had come out of the bathroom while. While I was trying to get assistance, a woman walked by carrying her paperwork and using Her phone. I asked her for towels, but she did not stop to assist me. She continued walking while laughing and talking, and I later noticed that she was looking at social media on her phone I asked who the woman was and was told that she was the manager.I found this extremely disappointing as a guest needing assistance with an issue in my room. I expected the manager to address my concern rather than be on social media while walking through the property.If this is the example being set by management , it raises serious concerns about the level of customer service guest can expect from the rest of the staff. I left the hotel extregenly frustrated and disappointed. I have returned to this hotel every year because of my family gatherings.But this was by far the worst experience I have had.I am not sure whether there has been a change in ownership or management but the quality of the hotel has clearly declined. Overall rating 0/10 I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the cleanliness, professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer recommend this hotel to my family or others.

  Always a delight to stay here. Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast guy always impresses me. Great start to the day. Look forward to staying here every time I am in Jacksonville working.

  The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and I loved having access to tea, coffee, and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The room itself was very spacious. The problem we had was the smell and the lack of cool air coming from the air conditioner. The room had a stale smell. My travel companion is still bothered by the smell and we are checked out and long gone by now.
