  Always a delight to stay here. Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast guy always impresses me. Great start to the day. Look forward to staying here every time I am in Jacksonville working.

  The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and I loved having access to tea, coffee, and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The room itself was very spacious. The problem we had was the smell and the lack of cool air coming from the air conditioner. The room had a stale smell. My travel companion is still bothered by the smell and we are checked out and long gone by now.

  We were in town for a wedding. The Front Desk team, Delores, and Super Dave all helped make the experience stress-free and easy. Chyna was especially kind with the breakfast accommodations as well! Thank you

  We stayed at Holiday In & Suites Jacksonville W - I295 and I10 last night. We were not told there was a motorcycle rally at the hotel before checking in. We were woken up several times between 10pm and 4:30am by loud motorcycles, loud music and loud conversations in the hallway. There were roughly 20 motorcycles in the parking lot this morning. When we complained at the front desk this morning, we were told this is an annual event at the hotel. The hotel staff could have easily warned us of the event prior to us making reservations, but chose not to say anything. I recommend either staying somewhere else or asking what events are taking place at this hotel prior to booking.

  I stayed here for a family visit, and had the warmest welcome. The room was clean and there were no issues with anything. I like having a fridge to keep extra water and snacks for the 3 days I was there. The bed was comfy, and I usually bring my own travel pillow, but this room had both firm and soft pillows on the king bed so I slept well. The breakfast to my surprise was pretty good, with a variety of hot foods served each day. I was especially happy to have turkey sausage as an option and egg white omelets too. There's a variety of yogurt and fresh fruit, and the usual pancakes, breads and oatmeal. Enough to please anyone's palate. The gym is small, but equipped with the usual cardio machines and free weights, so I was able to get in a good workout 2 days I was there. Appreciated that so much since my gym had no locations in the area. The location is close to the highway so it was easy to get around, too. I would recommend this place to stay for business, or a few days.
