  Very nice staff. No coffee maker in the room but there is fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean—spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, which had a great impact on my overall experience. I also want to recognize Joseph for his outstanding customer service. He greeted us with a warm smile, was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Joseph, for making our stay even better. Your efforts truly made an impact. Keep up the great work

  Front staff is very unfriendly. It hought the night front desk guy had an attitude but oh boy this after the young white girl had a massive one... not coming back for sure.

  This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the outside of the property smelled strongly of sulfur/sewage gas every single morning. The odor was so bad that simply walking in and out of the hotel became unpleasant. While some staff members were polite, there was one younger female employee with brown hair who was consistently rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile during multiple interactions. Hospitality clearly is not her strong suit, and her attitude alone made the experience significantly worse. The room itself was poorly maintained. The bathroom door would not properly shut or latch, which is unacceptable when multiple family members are sharing a room and expecting basic privacy. The bathroom fan also did not work at all, the lighting flickered while showering, the lighting overall was dim and poor quality, and the water pressure was weak and inconsistent. The air conditioning was another major issue. We had to set the thermostat to 60 degrees just to attempt to cool the room, and even then the AC barely functioned. We were hot every single night and could barely sleep comfortably. Housekeeping was also extremely inconsistent. One day our room was completely skipped despite us being gone for hours, leaving us without fresh towels or room service for nearly 48–72 hours. When we tried to get towels ourselves, there was only one staff member working, so we had to repeatedly go downstairs and ask. On top of everything else, the hallways were constantly hot, loud, and filled with disruptive guests, making the overall environment feel chaotic and poorly managed. For the price paid, this hotel was unacceptable in nearly every category: maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. Anyone considering staying at this hotel, please reconsider. This hotel was horrible.
