- GGGritty Glamm2 days ago4.0Decent hotel, not the newest but staff kept it clean. The free breakfast was good and the options excellent. Staff was friendly and always available. Room service for towels or anything was always done on time. Close to location we needed. Free parking and no need to walk far for overflow. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and lobby area. Great wifi and gym. Enjoyed my stay very much.

- MHMandy HolmesJun 1, 20264.0Proximity to Mayo and Publix is nice. Service is great. People are nice. Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they added almond milk. Beds were comfortable. However, it was so humid in the entire building. Bumped the air in our room to 67 at night, used my own blanket, and still woke up hot and sweaty. My husband was the same. And after we got home we both slept much better at home with the same number and type of blankets, so I know it was the humidity not a personal issue. You can feel it in the lobby too and see the condensation on the lobby vents. I also had two different rooms because I left in the middle of the trip and stayed with my husband at the hospital for two nights after his procedure and then came back to hotel for 1 night before he was discharged. I thought maybe a different room would be better. The second room was on the opposite side of building and different floor and was still humid.

- HLHeather LaytonMay 18, 20265.0The holiday inn has been an experience. I love all the staff they are kind and compassionate. Housekeeping is great they know how to make guests special. The front desk girls Valentina and Anastasia have become family as I come out here a lot for the mayo clinic. They always put the needs of the customers first. The hotel is very nice abd price is affordable. They do have a pool and gym but I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet.I did check them out and they are very clean and in the morning while eating breakfast the pool is a nice view. The food is good, I love the pancakes and cold cereal options. For lunch and dinner tbere are plenty of places to grab food, publix, Culvers, Dunkin and Starbucks oh and my favorite Olive Garden.My room is always clean and has a nice fragrance to it. The staff is very trustworthy. I also am very grateful for the shuttle service that takes me back and forth to the mayo clinic so I save on gas. This is has become my home away from home and very grateful for this hotel and staff.
