- MWMark’s Wife3 days ago5.0This was the best hotel experience I believe we’ve ever had. From the front desk helping me over the phone, the front desk check in. The grab n go gift. The room was spotless and a great size. They texted us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything and it’s not far from the Mayo Clinic. Ten stars!!!
- BHBradley HalkerAug 12, 20261.0Im writing this review to hopefully let everyone know that while I enjoyed staying at the holiday in express I was booking a hotel for us at the Mayo Clinic i went thru Expedia to book the room. While im not computer savvy i do no wrong from right and the lady i talked to Katherine bunszell quoted me a price of 374.58 for 2 nights at the holiday in express Jacksonville by Mayo Clinic i thought was a little expensive but I was ok for 2 nights. She went to book the room and said someone else had already booked it. So she went back in and said there was one room left but it would be 420 for 2 nights and it was the last one. So I booked the room. She did offer a cancellation policy for 40$ per night. I just hope holiday inn express does not endorse this kind of business.

- JCJo CrossgroveAug 2, 20265.0Nice clean hotel. Good, hot breakfast. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The last time we stayed, we took advantage of the online check in. We only had to show my license to get our room keys. That can be very helpful when you have a busy schedule. The neighborhood is fine. We've stayed here a few times so we know where it is located. We thought we were lost the first time. Follow the GPS to Publix and the hotel is off behind the right side of the Publix parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.
