- JMJaime M. Montoya2 days ago1.0Absolutely garbage. Arrived around 10 pm, the young man at the front desk was clueless and useless. After fumbling on how to get my card charged he finally gave us the keys to the room which WAS NOT MADE. Went back downstairs and ge didn't understand what "the room is not made" means. Fumbled for a other 10 minutes couldn't figure out what to do. Told him to just credit my card as I was not going to stay there. He admittedly does not know how to do it so he started texting the manager who did not answer. I told him to call the manager to no avail. I will have to call in the morning and fight now for a refund. The place is a dump and poorly run.
