- KRKevin R1 day ago5.0It was absolutely an amazing stay there. When I woke up in the morning breakfast didn't start till 6:30 a.m. the guy at the front desk gave me banana yogurt and some cinnamon rolls with really helped me get through the day. Good job Holiday inn Express.

- MFMegan fitzwaterMar 29, 20261.0I arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday.Due to a brain tumor I made a mistake with the check in /check out date when I booked my room. I was charged for the room and they most likely rented the room out and collected a second rental rate for the same night. They said they could put in a room with an additional charge. I was visibly upset and expressed that I would have to drive home 4 hours in the dark alone. There was no offer to help me with a discount or any type of an offer despite my circumstances. That being said I’m very disappointed that neither of the women showed an ounce of compassion. What is wrong with people !?!
- HBHope BMar 23, 20261.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I stayed here for four nights. On the first night, we found blood on our wall. We went to the front desk who offered to clean it, but we said that we would do it ourselves. On the second night, we found ants by the microwave and coffee machine, just a bunch of little baby ants, crawling all on the walls. At this point, we asked to switch rooms. They switched our room for the third night and that next morning my wife found a baby roach in the bathroom. At this point we were too fed up with everything to complain AGAIN. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express’ that were very nice and clean so I was very surprised at this. We did speak to the manager who gave us some IHG points for our troubles which we appreciate but overall our experience was not what we hoped for. The area/location is very nice though with lots of restaurants nearby, that was the best part of this stay.
