  I have been an IHG member for many years and have stayed at numerous IHG properties during my frequent business travel, including many stays at Candlewood Suites locations. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I have encountered. The property appeared poorly maintained and did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from the IHG brand. Upon entering the room, the air felt stale and stuffy, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress had a noticeable depression in the center, making it feel as though I was sleeping in a hole rather than on a properly supported bed. As a result, I was unable to get a restful night’s sleep. Given my long history as a loyal IHG customer, I was particularly disappointed by the condition of this property and the overall quality of my stay.

  This hotel was disgusting. I found mold in the window ceiling on 6/2/26. The entire building had a overwhelming scent of mold throughout.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank LaWanda for the exceptional service she provided during my stay at Candlewood Suites. From the very beginning, she made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as a guest. LaWanda consistently displayed professionalism, kindness, patience, and a positive attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were taken care of and was always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her warm personality and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on me. In today's world, it is not always easy to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but LaWanda is a true example of what outstanding customer service should look like. She treated me with respect, showed great attention to detail, and made my stay much more enjoyable. Her dedication and commitment to providing excellent hospitality did not go unnoticed. Candlewood Suites is very fortunate to have someone like LaWanda on their team. Employees like her are the reason guests return and recommend hotels to others. She represents the company with excellence and professionalism every day. Thank you again, LaWanda, for your outstanding service, kindness, and dedication. You made my stay a great experience, and I truly appreciate everything you did. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites, and a big reason for that recommendation is the exceptional service provided by LaWanda. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Nice Candlewood. Real nice Candlewood. Nice staff. Nice room. Nice parking. Nice bed. Location is so so. I’d stay again and there’s a chance I might.

  Don’t expect customer service here. Atul Patel has been absolutely no help. The GM dodges calls. Very disappointed with this place.
