  I typically say I'm going to post a review but most of the time I don't get around to it. However, I wanted to be sure to post a review of my experience at B&B Hotel Jacksonville Airport location. I am very picky and it only takes one time for me to not like something about an establishment for me to never go back. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 2 months. That should say enough about my first experience. I love it so much, the last time I even invited family and friends to stay most recently and booked the bigger rooms. ALL of the rooms have nice backdrops of Jacksonville scenery. I would give 10 ⭐️s for impeccable service, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations, if it were possible. Also, the food was absolutely delicious. I normally just eat plates of frutis and salads. However, I enjoyed the breakfast they offered (scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and an assortment of breads/pastries). I can't say enough great things about the staff Bernice at the Front Desk was very polite and welcoming. All of the front desk staff on all the shifts were great. Brianna the room attendant is exceptional with the cleanliness and neatness of the rooms and the hotel, and as I stated earlier the food was good. Oh yeah and they keep it smelling amazing inside the lobby and rooms. Mr Domingo and Mrs Ilona are absolute pleasures to meet and greet. They are very personable and they have a way of making you feel right at home. The pool area is nice (not open yet) but you won't feel like you're missing anything. Everything about this Hotel Brand says Luxury but the price. Their prices are well within range for what they offer, maybe even less than what they should charge. Hmmm maybe I shouldn't give them any ideas about that lol. I love love love this place. I love what they are doing. There is still construction going on in the rear getting those rooms done. Don't let that stop you. You won't even notice the construction. It's minimal noise and no dust at all. They have it very well isolated and contained to just those areas. I took a tour and it is coming together quite nicely. I can't wait to see it fully completed. If you’re looking for a nice affordable warm welcoming place to stay that's not too far from Jacksonville International Airport or if you just want to take a nice staycation away from home... consider putting this spot at the top of the list. You won't be disappointed. I will surely stay again and again and I highly recommend. Thank you B&B Hotel Jacksonville Airport for makng my stays effortlessly enjoyable!!!

  The people at the front desk are horrible, I got charge for the room smelling like food that I ate, and that ridiculous. I never got my deposit back, because of that and they have constructing going on so I was disturb the entire stay, I will not book again! I do not recommend anyone to stay here!

  This was a perfect hotel! Super friendly owner and receptionist. Breakfast was more then enough to keep you going. The owner Ilona was super friendly, nothing was too much for her. Rooms where spotless, super clean, super big, shower is amazing! Not a 2* hotel, at least a 3* hotel! Worth a visit!!!

  Only stayed for a night but I still loved it. I did read reviews before booking, but I didn’t exactly know what they meant when you have to turn on a switch to run the electricity. And that’s very true😂. But I figured it out. And staff were super super friendly!

  Due to our flight being diverted, we arrived in the middle of the night. We were given a room immediately, which was a huge relief. Even though we didn’t request breakfast because we knew we would be sleeping in, the staff kindly set some breakfast aside for us. The entire team, especially the manager, was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.
