  To be honest, I was a little skeptical about what to expect because of how inexpensive the hotel was, but I’m very glad I stayed here. The location is perfect, and the hotel has everything you need. The best part, however, is the staff. Erica at the front desk was wonderful, and Kenford, Kristin, and everyone else were also amazing. The property could use a little TLC, but with a few improvements, it would be perfect. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

  Just got back from our weekend stay and it was fun and relaxing. A few pointers if you’re thinking of booking this hotel, this is not a luxury stay it’s very laid back and old fashioned rooms. nothing is modern but mine and my other family’s were very clean. It’s great that there is the water park attached and a restaurant but honestly unless you’re getting the free breakfast I do not recommend the food at jimmy Guana’s. Service took forever and it was just ok and overpriced. Make sure you book a stay that includes the water park tickets. And other wise the staff were very friendly and helpful front desk was great and let us check in early. If you’re wanting a laid back last minute affordable option that has everything included in the location this is a great option, especially with kids! I would’ve gave 5 stars if the facility was a bit more updated and the food choices were better.

  Erica at the front desk is amazing. Such a warm welcome and her personality is top tier! I haven’t felt “home” away from home like this, ever. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is above expectations. It truly wouldn’t have been such a great stay if it wasn’t for her!

  I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Russ at the front desk. 😊 My childhood girlfriends and I (of over 40+ years) have been coming to this location every year for about 5 years now. Russ has been one of our biggest pleasures every year. He is the most pleasant, kind, accommodating, and extremely helpful, not to mention full of info and suggestions about the surrounding area to make our visits more memorable. We look forward to seeing his face every year at check-in. I can speak for all of us girls, Russ is a big asset to this hotel and a very big reason we choose to come back to this location every year.

  I have no idea why this is only listed as a 3-star hotel. I stay here every time I visit Florida and have never been disappointed. It’s walking distance to the beach. The pool area is great and never overcrowded. The staff are so kind and welcoming. I love that they will text you and ask if you need anything and make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms can be a touch outdated but I’m there to sleep and relax, or shoot a music video. The housekeeping is also top notch. The layout of the place is unique and fun. I love that they have Jimmy Guana’s on deck as Jimmy Guana’s has great food! You can even do laundry on site. Very clean. Minimal distance from several locations.
