  Stayed briefly before flight. Customer service is amazing. Rooms are pretty good. And near a few restaurants. Great budget option

  We travel alot, for work and leisure, of dozens of hotels we have stayed in during 2026, this one has been top of the list. It is 100% the staff! Everything is super clean and well cared for. The pool area is beautiful and clean. The front desk staff was amazing and went the extra mile with a smile to make sure we had what we needed. Ilene at the bar was one of nicest people we have met in awhile. Her warm personality and quick jokes made us instantly comfortable and we truly enjoyed our meal experience with her. This will always be our hotel when we are in the area. Kudos to management for having a team this focused on guest experience.

  The hotel smells so bad from the entrance to all the way to the room. The beds in the rooms are a bit better. We were sleeping and they started drilling and fixing something in the next room. When complained they did not care to bother. Will never go back.

  My husband and I always stay at the Holiday Inn we are rewards members and what really caught our attention was the Holiday Inn in Wyoming which was very friendly and very nice. We have not been able to stay at this Holiday Inn yet So this Holiday Inn gets a rating just based off of conversation over the phone. Which should speak a lot about a place. We called this place to try to book a room for the night because my husband and I travel and needed a place to stay for the evening... This place has no phone etiquacy... They are very rude and snappy and they did not try to put forth any efforts into applying any of our discounts... which would have included a truck driver discount... and we are reward members. At least if they don't provide the truck driver discount they could have at least applied our rewards discount in which I was told I had to go online to do this... we've stayed at the Holiday Inn plenty of times... and they are always able to apply the discount over the phone or right there when checking in... Based off of the rudeness that we encountered over the phone we decided that we didn't even want to set foot in their parking lot. I really do feel that we did ourselves a favor on this one.

  Our stay was disappointing. There were cigarette butts on our floor, and the entire level smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. It also appeared that there were several long-term guests staying at the hotel, which seemed to detract from the overall atmosphere. The room layout was unusual—the sink is located outside the bathroom, right next to the beds, which made it feel more like a dorm room than a hotel. The rooms themselves are also quite dated and in need of updating. Overall, this was not the level of quality I expect from a Holiday Inn. In my experience, even many Holiday Inn Express locations offer a cleaner, more modern, and comfortable stay. I chose this hotel because of its location and price, but I regret that decision. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
