  Me dejé una mochila de mi hijo en este hotel y nadie me llamó ni nadie se puso en contacto conmigo , los he llamado , me ponen en espera y finalmente me cuelgan , era una mochila muy característica llena de juguetes por lo que sé que se la han quedado ellos

  They have one elevator working took around 15 minutes to get an elevator to the second floor. Unbelievable do not recommend this place. Nobody.

  Avoid staying at this hotel if you value your belongings. I accidentally left my wedding ring in my room after checking out. When I called the hotel, I was told that housekeeping had found it and that they had it. Because I was leaving on an international trip, I couldn’t return right away. When I came back, I went to the hotel and was told housekeeping had already left for the day. The staff told me to call back so they could arrange to mail my ring to me. After that, everything changed. Every time I called, I was told they didn’t have my wedding ring and was repeatedly asked to “call back later.” No one took responsibility, no one provided a clear explanation, and no one seemed interested in resolving the situation. This wasn’t just a piece of jewelry—it was my wedding ring, something with enormous sentimental value. Being told it had been found and then later being told it was gone is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. If they can’t properly safeguard lost items or communicate honestly and professionally with guests, I would think twice before trusting them with your stay.

  My stay at this wonderful hotel was excellent. I was on the second floor, and the cleaning staff were very good and provided very professional service. Also, the staff who served breakfast were very kind and attentive. Thank you, Anays, Milagro, Maria, and Olga, for making me feel at home. Mi estancia en este maravilloso hotel, fue excelente , yo estaba en el segundo piso y las de limpieza son muy buenas y y un servicio muy profesional , además las q te atienden en el desayuno son muy amables y atentas , gracias Anays ,Milagro, Maria y Olga , por hacerme sentir como en casa .
