  I checked in to the hotel to see this and they charged me $500+ for my stay. Is this appropriate and should I trust the cleanliness of Holiday Inn Hotel. Going to cancel my upcoming bookings and will share this with my colleagues in the company as well to make them aware

  Place is a dump. The beds are trash. There is mold on the carpet. The WiFi is horrible. The chairs are nasty and stained. I definitely would not recommend this place

  Paid far more than what any other hotel of this quality usually cost. Initially the incorrect room was assigned, had to go downstairs myself, the room was then reassigned. Second day the room key did not work, had to go to the front desk to have it fixed. The hallways are disgusting. The elevators look and smell horrible. The bedsheets smelled disgusting. The TV SUCKS. The WiFi SUCKS. The water in the shower was one temperature; hot or boiling hot. Reservation over the phone sold us on “$100 cash deposit” confirmed with them multiple times they weren’t lying. Arrived at the hotel. They Lied. If you’re from out of town this place isn’t for you. Thaydy has a beautiful smile, thats all this hotel can offer.

  Camila Acosta the receptionist at the front desk at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami - Hialeah location was truly amazing! As we can all imagine the checking in process experience at a hotel could sometimes feel a bit underwhelming and not very pleasant. What an incredible and refreshing experience was I about to experience when the young lady at the front desk said hi & welcome! She had no idea of what the warm soothing inviting reception meant to me in that particular moment. She was definitely heavenly sent ,her professional mannerisms calmed and soothed my soul. It felt like a welcome home moment when you arrive at your home / destination and you just feel that ahh I have finally arrived at your safe place feeling. I will always cherish the memories and treatment received and would recommend this particular Hotel / Location to all. I would also like to acknowledge the staff, from the cleaning team, cafeteria team and last but certainly not least Camila! You are truly a special person! I would dare say that you are an asset to any company that you bless with your professionalism, smile and presence. They should consider themselves very lucky to have you representing their company. I feel blessed for having had the opportunity of meeting such a wonderful, gentle and caring soul like yourself! Thank you once again! I’m forever grateful!

  I’m leaving a review here but I’m putting it 3.5 stars they don’t have the half in here the biggest thing that we had to deal with was the AC since we get hot at night that the AC unit was facing the window the furniture was damaged where and tear the pipe was exposed. The windows, the window, the curtains the curtains was falling apart. The curtain rod was falling apart. There’s no Bar soap holder in Our hotel unit room. The shower door didn’t close all the way, The tv Outdated Some of the light switches didn’t work. The outlet is not working. Depends what side you have on and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good. our original first room on the third floor the room is smell, musty, and old and moldy Then they move out to the second floor, which is a lot better in room it doesn’t smell, moldy, nor musty smell. If you’re applying to use an ironing board It’s falling apart and iron It has mold in it and dirt It hasn’t been used in years in it Painting on the wall, painting is chipped off The walls on the hallway is extremely hot, and the elevator is extremely And rusted If I do remember one of them front desk, employee told me that the hotel they’re running used to be a third-party until Holiday Inn took over that’s not an excuse they should have everything renovated up-to-date with gas, but don’t get me wrong. The food was very good and decent and filling and great customer service. But still the Housekeeping, they’re very friendly, but when we came back after we asked them for a fresh new towels and clean bedding They didn’t give us enough towel and they did not change out the bedsheet bedding properly. I noticed that they kept the old ones in when we slept on that’s how I started to notice they did. They just fixed it and left it the way it is not new fresh bedding sheets. So just be advised when you guys are planning to go to a hotel Look at your surroundings before you walk in it was my first time going to the hotel and my last since I’ve only been there for four days they were much better Holiday Inn elsewhere in the area, but it’s been taken already since it was the last day of summer for kids go back to school So it’s overbooked. So do your research very well before you head over to and committing to any other hotel last minute to this place Again, I will leave it a 3.5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. 5
