  Mi experiencia en este hotel fue sumamente decepcionante y desagradable. Desde el primer día encontré cucarachas en la habitación. Me cambiaron a otra, pero la alfombra estaba visiblemente sucia y el mobiliario deteriorado. Además, uno de los días ni siquiera realizaron la limpieza. Cuando finalmente limpiaron, comprobé que dejaron cabellos en el baño y en la habitación, la tina seguía sucia y, lo más desagradable, todas las toallas supuestamente limpias tenían cabellos incrustados. Esto demuestra una evidente falta de higiene y supervisión en el servicio de limpieza. Lo peor es que, al presentar mi reclamo, nadie pudo ofrecerme una solución porque supuestamente el supervisor no estaba disponible. No es un hotel económico y, por el precio que cobran, uno espera como mínimo una habitación limpia, higiénica y en buenas condiciones. Lamentablemente, ni siquiera cumplen con estos estándares básicos. Una experiencia realmente lamentable. No recomiendo este hotel. La limpieza debería ser una prioridad, no un lujo.

  I was put up here via an airline voucher after a significant flight delay and it was the worst hotel experience I can remember having. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on the carpet, as well as no hot water. They claim to have regular hotel shuttle services, but wait time ranged between 45 minute to an hour and a half when I requested them, both to and from the airport. If an airline tries to send you here, make them provide another option.

  One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had This was literally one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. First, the room was dirty and in poor condition, and there was no hot water in the shower. The hotel shuttle was another major problem. The shuttle was significantly delayed, both with airport pickup and transportation back to the airport. When we finally got to the airport, the shuttle did not drop us near our airline, leaving us with what felt like a 30–40 minute walk through the airport. The shuttle driver was also rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the situation at the front desk was even worse. The front desk employee was extremely rude and accused me of taking photos of him when I was actually looking at my phone and reviewing my reservation. He then walked around the corner, attempted to take my phone from my hand, and made physical contact with me and pushed me. The situation escalated to the point that I had to call 911 because I did not feel safe. We are experienced travelers and had just returned from a cruise. We were exhausted and had booked this hotel for one night simply so we could catch our flight home the following day. Instead, what should have been a simple overnight stay turned into an extremely stressful and frightening experience. Between the condition of the room, lack of hot water, unreliable shuttle service, rude treatment, and the incident at the front desk, I would never stay at this hotel again. I did not feel safe here, and I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. Please be very cautious before booking. I’d also recommend attaching photos of the room, your reservation, shuttle information, and any documentation you have regarding the 911 call to the Google review if Google allows it. That makes the review much more credible and useful to future travelers.

  OMG don't go here, they have roaches. I booked for 5 days, on day 3 while getting out of the shower an entire roach, a brown brother, full grown was crawling down the door. Now I'm no spring chicken and I can't move that fast but I hauled azz trying to escape. They immediately gave me a new room, however, when I got to the 7th floor I witnessed staff spraying one of the rooms for roaches. OMG I was so distraught, this completely ruined the rest of my stay. I will never go to any holiday inn. I will also be revoking my IHG membership.

  El personal de que atienden el servicio de habitacion es muy insoportable no respectan la privacidad de los huespedes, no degan que el huspede salga de la habitacion por si mismo es cada 5 minutos tocando la maldita puerta y apurando a uno es una falta de respecto que no tienen profesionalismo ninguno hay q respectar la privacidad de los huespedes y esperar q el huespede salga por si mismo de la habitacion. Yo le diera una menor calificacion si fuera posible. Deverian de resolver eso porq no van a tener huespedes ninguno en un futuro por cuenta del personal de housekeeping la verdad.
