  Elizabeth and Osiris were on staff and they made my stay very comfortable. Their Customer service was outstanding and very resourceful with any requests I had. I had a chance to meet one of the housekeeping attendants named Dolores, she was very polite and added to my “welcoming” feeling.

  It’s 3 star hotel, so rooms are fine for a 3 star hotel. The area not so great. Terrible staff, no greeting zero customer service, ask for the credit card at check-in (normal like any hotel for the deposit) turns out she charged all the nights at check-in. I wanted to pay cash so that’s inconvenient, it may be policy but non the less at least let the client know you are actually charging for all the nights don’t just say “card” and then give you the receipt. No effort from the staff, but again it’s Miami 3 star hotel what else can your expect.

  Can’t post zero stars or I would Breakfast is at 7:30 I had to be at the plant at 7:00 couldn’t even request my room be cleaned because you can only do that after 7:30. In room coffee maker doesn’t work….. told desk the first morning and 2 nights later nothing done ……. They don’t even have coffee in the lobby until 7:30. No hot water in the shower, reported that as well but no one even cares. Had to go to the desk to get towels because even the phone doesn’t work…. Traffic to even get to this dump adds at least 30 minutes from anywhere………. I will spend my company’s money elsewhere next time even if the cost is triple! Never again

  Unfortunately. The most substandard hotel I've lived in lately in Florida. The linen doesn't look clean, and there wasn't a single piece of toilet paper in the room. The sockets were not working. It's good that it's for one night

  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this accommodation. While the place itself is not bad, the service was far from acceptable. The platform clearly states that payment is to be made upon arrival. However, upon arrival, I was greeted by a receptionist with a very unprofessional attitude who informed me, without a clear explanation, that my reservation had been canceled due to an issue with my card. This was confusing because: 1. My card had sufficient funds. 2. The booking clearly stated that payment would be made upon arrival, so no prior charge should have been attempted. When I asked for clarification, she was unable to provide a proper explanation and simply stated that “my card didn’t work,” which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. She then asked for my ID in a rude manner to “fix the issue” and eventually handed me the keys without even telling me the room number. When I asked, she replied that she didn’t remember. Upon entering the room, I encountered another issue: the bed had visible hair on it and the sheets were stained, which reflects a serious lack of cleanliness. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but the experience was disappointing enough to mention it. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both customer service and cleanliness standards.
