  DON’T STAY HERE!!! The hotel room was disgusting. There were crumbs on the floor, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the bathtub had not been cleaned, missing smoke/carbon monoxide detector and it and was overall gross. I tried to ask for a refund with the front desk staff. Diego was incredibly rude. He was not helpful and told me all that I could do was call the manager on Monday. I asked if he had the manager’s business card and he said no. Upon hearing this Osiris stepped in and seemed to be helpful. She asked me if I would be open to seeing another room, which I said, yes. She then had the cleaning staff come and take me to another room, which I viewed and was it was much cleaner, updated and acceptable than the other room. I thought that the situation would be solved there. I come downstairs and Osiris accuses us of using the room. All we had done was come in and lay down. After we looked around the room, we were disgusted and knew that we were not comfortable staying there. I told her that I was happy with the other room and would gladly stay there instead and she said that was not an option. After we left the hotel we immediately reached out to Best Westerns internal customer service team and they did not help resolve anything after weeks of back and forth communication. I had to call the hotel multiple times and finally the got ahold of the manager who was rude as well. Ultimately I did not get any refund or apology for the terrible service I received. I paid 30k points ($300+) to stay here. The conditions were so bad that we were not comfortable staying. The customer service that I received is unacceptable. I have stayed at Best Western many times and have always been impressed by the friendly service and cleanliness. This was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope this review can save someone else from wasting their money, time and wellbeing.

  I had a wonderful experience with the front desk with the Newton during my stay. They were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, and they made check-in and check-out feel effortless. Honestly, their attentiveness and genuine friendliness made the whole stay feel smoother and more welcoming.

  Disappointing experience The person who welcomed us was very friendly and courteous — that much deserves to be said. However, the stay itself left a lot to be desired: we arrived at midnight, and by 9:40 am they were already knocking on the door. The toilet was clogged, the TV didn’t work, there was a strong musty smell, and the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything happening in the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to rest. For all these reasons, I do not recommend it at all.

  I’m so sad to hear that this location is becoming a Holiday Inn. I’ve always loved BW Vibes because it feels like a small, modern boutique hotel with clean décor, comfortable beds, and pillows that are actually full and supportive. This hotel was basically my home until I got back on my feet. I’ve been staying here since 2023, and the staff has always treated me with kindness and respect. Every shift the front desk on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift is made up of genuinely good people. They were always accommodating, provided fast service, and even held my Amazon packages and mail when I wasn’t there. That meant more to me than you’ll ever know, and I truly appreciate all of you. The complimentary breakfast is good enough that you really don’t need to eat out unless you simply want something delivered. During my weight-loss journey, the fitness center was a huge plus, especially with dumbbells going up to 100 lbs. They also have a pool, which I only used once, but my daughter absolutely loved it. I honestly consider the staff here like family because that’s how well they treated me. This has consistently been one of the most affordable hotels, even during peak season. It’s conveniently located near Aventura Mall, shopping, restaurants, bars, lounges, the casino, and the beaches. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but in my experience, this has been the best value hotel in the area. Many other hotels charge the same price, yet their rooms and customer service don’t come close. Thank you all for the wonderful memories, your kindness, and making me feel at home during one of the hardest times in my life. I wish everyone nothing but the best. God bless you all.
