  Loved this hotel. Located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient short drive to Pensacola beach and the downtown, with a number of stores and restaurants within a walking distance. Entire facility, rooms and amenities are very clean and new as of August 2026, staff is helpful and a generous included breakfast is one of the best deals for budget hotels anywhere.

  It’s a nice hotel with nice helpful people and staff. I’m not pleased with waking up to a lizard 🦎 in the nightstand next to my head and how it was handled. We were basically told it’s nothing they can do and it is a few things they can do they just haven’t spent the Money and put in a time to do it. I took pictures of it and showed them too.🤣

  The front desk attendant was great. We got in at 2:30 am.. when we got to our room, it is DISGUSTING. Hair on every surface of the bathroom including our towels. Bathroom Floors not vacuumed or mopped, tub not cleaned, counter not cleaned. Floors in the main room not vacuumed, crumbs all over the floor.. someone hair grease on the headboard. $200 a night?.... for this?

  This place is great. Super friendly service. Warm cookies. Fresh ground coffee. Above average hotel breakfast. Great value!

  We have stayed here for the last few years without any issues. Last August 2025 we had impeccable service, clean room and friendly customer service. As soon as we arrived on the property -- there were people sitting by the front door drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Went up to our room and put our luggage away so we can go eat dinner.... I noticed right away that the elevator was filthy (handprints, dirt on ground) and the hallways had not been vacuumed with pieces of paper strewn all over and bags of trash. Room seemed cleaned however noticed the toilet and knew it had not be cleaned in quite awhile (photo attached). When we went to dinner the same people were out front drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. We requested that the toilet be cleaned but that never happened. When we mentioned the lack of cleanliness to the front desk agent he seemed bothered and annoyed that we had said anything to him. He began arguing that the property is cleaned everyday. The condition of this property has declined very very quickly in less than a year. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.
