  We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone working at the hotel was so friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. The hotel feels new, and our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great too. Pensacola Beach is only about 6 or 7 minutes away, and Walmart and Publix are both very close. Breakfast was really good, and the outdoor pool was a nice bonus, especially for the kids. As a family, we were very happy with our stay. One of those simple moments we really enjoyed was sitting together while my wife and I had our tea and the kids did some coloring. It was just a very relaxing and comfortable stay for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

  Great place to stay for quick access to Pensacola Beach, Boardwalk and surrounding areas. Although a bit tucked away from the main road, it was peaceful and away from the busy road. Breakfast was good as well. Staff was nice and friendly. Pool was clean. Did not use wifi or Internet while in the room.

  Have stayed here three times for work trips and it is the best. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. Also you are a short drive to Pensacola Beach.

  Stay away from room 136. Ask for room 307. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express over the years at various locations. I've never rated them below 5 star before now. We checked in late due to two wrecks on I-10 across two states. We were exhausted. The room was warm and smelled a little funny. When we woke up earlier to make an appointment, the smell was still off but figured turning down the thermostat while away would put the room to normal. Upon our return, later in the day, the smell was worse and temperature warmer. My wife reported to front. Maintenance lady opened up the AC to find ice buildup. She indicated she could bring in a blower to point at the ice buildup to defrost it. If that didn't work, she would replace the AC unit. We asked for another room in lieu of putting ourselves through all that. Maintenance lady informed management. Management lady informed us that they were booked, no other rooms available. My wife asked then what are you going to do for us because we are not staying in this room. Management lady left and came back with room 307 card keys. We relocated to 307. A 100% environment change for the better! I couldn't find my flip flops, so I went back to room 136 to look for them. I still had the card keys but were not needed because the room's deadbolt kept the door open. I walked into the room to find a heavy fragrance in the air, bed made, and fresh towels and such displayed in their proper places. Like it never even happened. The room temperature was still not right. Some poor, unsuspecting customer was going to get that bad room.

  We had a great stay it’s a good distance from everything you need while on vacation. The breakfast was ok! We always pick holidays because of the breakfast but this one in particular was a 50-50!
