As a diamond member this is my go to place here in Gainesville. Location can't be beat, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my second favorite hotel in the south!

Sleek, modern design, large rooms, great climate controls, very clean, and an excellent location. Free parking right at Celebration Pointe. The in house restaurant was great, and the staff was courteous, and very responsive. The bed was quite comfortable, and the environment was quiet.

This is a great place to stay while in town to attend UF events. It’s a fairly new hotel in Celebration Point with close access to I 75, lots of great shopping, excellent restaurants, the Saturday farmers market (Haile) and the botanical gardens. The on-site restaurant, Gather, has excellent food and uses local produce and grains. Rachel at the bar/dining area is excellent and has a lot of innovative drink ideas.

Service & Recognition The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming, consistently greeting guests with a smile. Upon learning that the stay was in celebration of a wedding anniversary, the team provided a complimentary room upgrade along with thoughtful touches including chocolate and bottled water. Location Situated in the Celebration Pointe area, the property offers immediate access to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. While downtown accommodations are often preferred, staying in this vibrant commercial hub proved much more convenient and dynamic. Parking The hotel provides ample, complimentary parking. Unlike the downtown area where parking is scarce and costly, access was effortless throughout the stay. Property & Accommodations The hotel is modern, visually appealing, and well-maintained overall. The room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a separate living area and a small kitchenette. However, the living room furniture showed signs of wear, including minor damage and a need for deeper cleaning. The kitchenette lacked plates and silverware, which likely require a specific request at the front desk. While the building only has a few floors—mitigating wait times—the two elevators were slow and emitted a continuous electronic noise resembling an engaged telephone line. Breakfast & Billing Policy Breakfast is served a la carte via a seated menu rather than a traditional buffet. For guests with breakfast included in their reservation, it is important to note a daily credit limit of thirty dollars per day. Because this restriction was not communicated at check-in or when ordering, a bill was initially charged for the balance exceeding the threshold. Management successfully resolved and refunded the charges upon complaint, reflecting responsive customer service, but future guests should verify allowance details in advance. Conclusion A very good hotel featuring a convenient location and pleasant amenities. Recommended for future stays in the area.
