Place is nice, great location, clean and breakfast is good. Close to where I needed to go for work. The down side is that they charge the card for one night before you check in and then you dont get the money back. Told the front desk about the situation, they stated that the hold had been released and I should see the money back. A week later and still waiting for my money.Have to file a claim with my bank.

You pretty much get what you pay for here. The rate was affordable, and the room was okay, but there were a few inconveniences.
The bathroom didn't have any hooks, so there was nowhere to hang or place my clothes while showering. There were also no washcloths in the room when we arrived. When I called the front desk, I was told all the washcloths were in the dryer, but they did bring some up later that evening.
The room across from mine appeared to have been recently painted. The door was left cracked open with a large machine running to dry it out, and that machine was very loud. Unfortunately, it ran from the time I checked in until the next morning.
Breakfast was just okay—not terrible, but nothing special.
Overall, this wasn't the worst hotel stay I've had, but it wasn't the best either. That said, the price was reasonable, and I would consider staying here again if I needed an affordable place to stay.

Parking was over crowded.
Hotel let construction crews park all over and block off extra spaces with safety cones where people could not park near there trucks.
2nd) room was half remodel with loose floor tiles, old ac unit that would not cool off room at night.
Broken bath tube with paint peeling off of it.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. We were traveling to the Florida Keys and only needed a room for one night to get some sleep before continuing our trip. Due to a college baseball game in the area, most hotels were either fully booked or would not allow a one-night stay, so we didn't have many options.
When we arrived after midnight, we discovered the elevator was out of service. After a long day of traveling, having to carry luggage up four flights of stairs was frustrating. Once we got to our room, things only got worse. The carpet was filthy, the DirecTV box was missing, so the television didn't work, and the phone to contact the front desk was not functioning.
To her credit, the employee working downstairs was helpful and moved us to another room. However, after arriving so late, the last thing we wanted was to haul all of our belongings back down and up another set of stairs. Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better, as we found bugs in the room.
Thankfully, we were only there for about seven hours to sleep before getting back on the road. While I appreciate the front desk employee's efforts to help, the condition of the property and the number of issues we encountered mean I will not stay here again.
Typical bait and switch. After asking numerous times and disclosing we had a pet, Best Western booking assured us there was no pet fee. Only to be hit with one upon on site check in. We were exhausted, so relented. Buyer beware, there are too many options to be lied to and ripped off. Best Western properties, never again.
