  Super GREAT Experience!! We traveled farther to get a better rate and reviews ..Best thing we did! Very clean..safe..security and a Real breakfast..omelet bar...among other good breakfast choices! Thank you!

  Ewe. Hot tub was cold and smelled. Pool area debris all over, no towels. Rooms were moldy, dirty, and smelly. Windows were mildewy and bathroom was not clean. My daughter had little bites on her. They said they checked the room for bugs and couldn’t find anything. Can’t even see out of the window because there’s so much covering it.

  This is a large decent hotel. They have an excellent breakfast with an omelette chef. Nice swimming pool and a very very nice exercise room. I could never make the hot tub get hot. And though it seems like everyone's doing it now it's still annoys me to pay a fee for having a small dog and also at the same time signing a form that I'm going to pay for every bad thing the dog does. I definitely should have to pay if my dog does something bad. But very often it seems crazy that I can bring an adult for free or pay $25 for the dog to sleep on the floor.

  Lobby and breakfast area is nice, friendly front desk staff, room was comfortable, toilet was leaking from the tank when you flushed it, talked to someone about it and they said they would get it fixed, gave them the ok to go into the room but never came to fix it the 3 days we were there so we just put towels down to help with the flood. Rest of staff didn't seem very friendly when you tried to have a conversation with them, but with a little improvement this hotel would be a great place to stay.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Gateway Grand in Gainesville for the weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Gators Den. The food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive. We highly recommend the Best Western Gateway Grand, whether you're passing through Gainesville, visiting the area, or just looking for a relaxing staycation. We'll definitely be back!
