  Location and the service from everyone at the front desk, especially Dax, were excellent. He was always helpful, attentive, polite, and willing to solve anything. He was also great with local tips. The room was large, and the breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order omelets of outstanding quality. Everything started when we arrived and were given a room, but when we tried to enter, someone inside said we were in the wrong room. In other words, they had given us an occupied room, which was embarrassing. As a result, they upgraded our room, with the added benefit of having a living area. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was noisy because of the exhaust system and no window, cramped, and the shower had weak water pressure. From check-in, we informed them that we wanted daily room cleaning, and on the first day, we asked at the front desk for the room to be cleaned as soon as we left. When we came back tired and wet after a day at the Springs, we found the room not made up. They said they had come by in the morning and the do not disturb sign was on the door, but when we left, we removed the sign and informed the front desk about the cleaning. However, the front desk and housekeeping resolved it promptly. On the last day, they knocked on our door at 10:30 a.m., even though check-out was at 11:00 a.m., and again at 11:12 a.m., even though we had a late check-out until 12:00, which had been agreed the day before and confirmed again that same day. They need to improve these processes.

  Excellent place. Quick service. Great ammenities. None of the coffee makers we got on the room worked, but everything was so nice that one couldnt be irritated about that.

  We stayed there on 4/29. This is the second time we have been a guest. This hotel is excellent in all aspects. Beautiful place and great pool area. Rooms and everything clean and the hosts are always nice and welcoming. Aip was very welcoming and we happened to be picked as guest of the day and even put our name up to welcome us and upgraded our room stay. Great omelet made to order breakfast. This is our go to place when we come through. You won’t be disappointed.

  0/10 – Absolutely Disgusting Experience I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The property is extremely outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. In our first room, we immediately noticed stains on the pillows and, to make matters worse, there was a bed bug dead on one of the towels. Completely unacceptable. We were moved to a second room, which somehow was even worse. The A/C unit didn’t work at all, and it was literally held together with duct tape and falling apart. The entire room felt old, run-down, and neglected. After that, we had to switch rooms for a THIRD time. At that point, the on-site manager, Ari, stepped in. I will say she was very kind, professional, and understanding, and even came personally with housekeeping to address the issues. She offered either a 15% refund (which honestly felt like a joke given everything we went through) or a slight room upgrade. We chose the upgrade, but the third room still had the same problem with the A/C unit—duct taped and barely holding together, just slightly cleaner than the others. If it wasn’t for Ari, I probably would have completely lost it. She was the only positive part of this entire experience. For context, this is not the type of place we normally stay at, but this was a last-minute booking—and we definitely learned our lesson. The only decent thing was the breakfast, which was surprisingly good. Other than that, this place seriously needs: * Proper deep cleaning * Updated facilities * Functional, safe A/C units * Housekeeping staff trained to actually clean rooms I will NEVER stay here again. Ever. 🤢🤮

  Like another review said, you can tell this was a really nice place at one point. After sleeping in the bed you can get a better idea on how over due is it for them to update the beds and rooms. I found myself holding on the edge of the bed all night just trying not to roll into the sink hole in the middle, which in turn had me tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable. Woke up in more pain and tired than when I went to bed.I had mentioned in my online reservation that we were coming here to celebrate our anniversary at the springs and had asked for a room with a view if possible and guess what my view was....dumpsters....lol.
