  I loved this hotel stay. We came here for a car show and this hotel was super close. The overall space is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are nice. Not very family friendly since our room only had a shower. It was difficult to bathe a toddler a shower. Other than that I enjoyed the stay. The staff were friend accommodating.

  This is a very nice hotel. It's kept very clean, and all of the staff are excellent! Good coffee, great breakfast! My service dog, and I always enjoy our stay here!

  We had a wonderful and pleasant experience at this hotel; it is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I loved the thoughtful touches used to pamper guests, and the fact that it is pet-friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return in the future. I also want to highlight the excellent service we received from the entire staff, especially Marcela, who manages the breakfast area. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Fort Walton.

  Location was excellent, Rooms among the best one I have ever used. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Extremely clean. As a very affordable price. The service of Marcela and Viviana at the breakfast lounge was excelente, they were very polite a service was excellent. Room is very clean and room service excellent. Thanks to Bero for your room service.

  Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Jody and Margie at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and outstanding hospitality. We initially noticed an unpleasant smell in our room, and since we were traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we mentioned it to the front desk. They immediately arranged a room change without any hesitation or unnecessary questions, which we truly appreciated. Their prompt response and understanding made a huge difference. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently attentive and responsive to all of our requests and questions. Whether it was room service or any other assistance we needed, the support was exceptional and available 24/7. The room service team deserves special recognition for their efficiency and excellent service. The breakfast was simply outstanding—there aren't enough words to describe how great it was. The variety, quality, and service exceeded our expectations every morning. Overall, the hotel offers excellent amenities, exceptional customer service, and a truly family-friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team, especially Jody and Margie, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.
