  My wife and I celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary may 15,2026. I notified Holiday Inn express at Fort Walton Beach that it was our anniversary and they assured me they would be something special in the room when we arrived. Two young girls Francine and Isabel had decorated the room with towels to look like a groom and bride and it Was so neat. They also has said a little gift basket out a small bottle of celebration wine two wine glasses and had put happy anniversary on the wall. I appreciate these two young ladies going way out of their way to make our anniversary so special thank you Holiday Inn express for such a wonderful experience

  I had a fantastic stay here! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Isabel and Francine, who were both incredibly friendly and professional. Their hospitality set the perfect tone for my entire visit. The property was immaculately clean, which I truly appreciated. While the entire team was beyond accommodating, the highlight was a total surprise: I was named Guest of the Day! This has never happened to me at any other hotel, and it was such a wonderful feeling to be recognized. Huge thanks to the staff for making me feel so special and making my stay truly memorable.

  First of all the hotel smells refreshing and the customer service was exceptional. Isabel was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very and comfortable. I will definitely stay again

  Very clean hotel, service was excellent. I fully recommend this hotel because the area is so quiete than another hotel. Manager of the hotel was very attentive and always solved all our questions and concerns. Breakfast was good and always warm. Some restaurants close, I fully recommend Papa's Smoke House 10 minutes driving of distance. Is a must-see visit barbecue restaurant.

  One of the best IHG hotels I've ever stayed at. I'm super picky and hard to please...they managed to knock it out of the park for me. Comfortable rooms and super inviting service. Every single person that works here was polite and friendly. They even give complimentary gifts when you arrive and depart. Other IHG hotels need to mimic the exemplary service and hospitality that this place provides. Special thanks to Chloe and Marvelous. They were great. Also the entire breakfast team handled with care, a very disgruntled and rude guest waiting on a pancake and cake. Will be back for sure.
