Always waiting for everything. Sausage patties taste like hocky pucks. Pancake machine empty. Ketchup empty. Waited 15+ minutes for bacon. Seen many times people walk up to the manager because the food is not there.

Highly recommended this hotel for staying and spend vacation. This is the best staying in my life

- ASADAM SJun 24, 20261.0Beware this location will offer insurance for purchase protection in the event you need to cancel. I purchased 2 nights from this location totaling over $500.00, I had to cancel because my reservation 30 mins later and the insurance they offer from Australia stated my family znd I would need to go to the doctor and get an excuse to refund my money. I called the hotel and management stated they would not help in anyway and I would need to get the doctor excuse. This is what a trap looks like folks, if i purchase insurance then I should be protected and not treated as if iam a child needing a Doctor excuse. Why would I pay co-pays to my doctor for my wife and I to get an excuse to get a refund. After spending 2hrs at the docs office and $220.00 in co pays ? Thats a trap. Its a shame these professionals conduct business in such a manner, I would be embarrassed as real professionals do not operate in such pettiness.
