- MDMichelle Dawkins6 days ago4.0Clean hotel with decent amenities. We enjoyed the pool during the day and my daughter liked the daily breakfast offerings. The breakfast was sufficient for the price point. The issue was lack of communication regarding cleaning the room. The first day the room was not cleaned, the housekeeper was called and we gave her our garbage and changed towels. She made a note on her pad to clean the room the next day. It was not cleaned when we returned about 3 p.m. and after complaining to the front desk, someone was sent upstairs to clean. The excuse the front desk made about having to notify them if you want the room cleaned was unacceptable, since it was noted after the first time cleaning was done. The excuse about a language barrier was not acceptable either, since the housekeeper and I spoke in Spanish. As a frequent customer, the experience was disappointing.

Es war einfach zu finden und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung mit Anbindung an eine Mall mit einigen Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Ein riesiges Doppelbett mit viel Platz und bequem zum Schlafen. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Es gab frische Pancakes und auch Obst sowie hervorragenden Kaffee. Auch das Omelett war okay, mit Würstchen, oder am zweiten Tag gab es Bacon. In diesem Hotel würde ich wieder übernachten.
