I informed Navian of the issues and Navian made sure when I switched rooms, I was satisfied with the new room. Navian has a great smile, demeanor and is very welcoming. Navian is truly an asset to the team. The room was very nice and satisfied my needs. I will definitely return to stay here when I come back in town.
