  Room smells funky. “White” finishings have kind of a yellow stain, particularly on toilet seat. There’s no fan in the bathroom. Mini fridge never got cool. No central air so half the room was warm and half the room was cold. Not a great experience. Will not return

  We stayed here for a long weekend. The staff were VERY accommodating and very kind. They attended to whatever we needed. The lobby/bar/patio was the perfect place for our large group to hang out and enjoy the mornings and nights. The hotel was located to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. I highly recommend staying here!

  Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Rooms were very clean. Staff was awesome. Attended a welcome party the night before the wedding. The food was awesome and the staff did an excellent job putting the party together. Highly recommend staying here

  Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, quiet location next to a large pond. You will need your room card to use the elevator and to get in the building if you go out after hours (I was outside and tried to re-enter at 4 am) so rest assured this place is secured and safe. The bed is firm to our liking. No issues with the water pressure or the temperature. AC unit works good, especially if you like it very cold. There is ample room for 2 people and some luggage. 2 min drive to Chic Fil A (it's always busy) and Wendy's. There are also a sandwich store nearby and more restaurants across the street at the mall. Costco is there too! Great location. Lots of incoming and outgoing traffic so drive carefully. I thought I could walk from the hotel to the mall across the street - too much traffic, I wouldn't recommend it! We're from South FL so if you are new to FL, crossing the lights can be risky even if you have right of way (and not all pedestrian lights work). Anyways, only issue I had was the plumbing noise. It didn't keep me up but it was there, quite an annoyance. The pool is nice overlooking the pond. They didn't lit the fire pit 😐. There is no kitchenette, I ordered some takeout ramen from Koto Grill and they gave me a soup quart container making eating an inconvenience (not this hotel fault, it's the restaurant, btw the ramen was meh). They have the NHL sports channel, we watched the playoffs, it was great. Recommend as long as you are not a light sleeper. Good price for what you get.

  I’ve hosted multiple events over the years, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team at the Crowne Plaza Ft. Myers Gulf Coast delivered impeccable service. Nicole and Stefanie made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, which is huge when you’re coordinating an event like this. On-site, the staff truly stood out Mya, Karen, Frankie, Kevin, Brian, and Derrick (MOD on Sunday) were all incredible. The level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed did not go unnoticed. My attendees felt it too. The event space was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was honestly some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. On top of that, the pricing for food, drinks, and services was very reasonable, especially for the level of quality we received. To be transparent, I’ve hosted events at another hotel in Fort Myers for the past couple of years, and the experience declined significantly. Coming here was a completely different experience. The difference in service, communication, and overall professionalism was night and day. I’ve been truly blown away by this team. I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this property to anyone hosting an event or staying in the area.
