- GNgeovana nevesApr 25, 20261.0Very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I was charged twice for my stay, which caused my bank account to go negative. This is a serious issue that should be handled immediately, yet when I reached out to the hotel staff, I was told that nothing could be done because there was no manager available on site. It is extremely concerning that a business is able to process payments but cannot resolve billing errors in a timely manner due to lack of management presence. Financial mistakes like this have real consequences for guests, and the lack of urgency or accountability only made the situation worse. I expect this issue to be corrected promptly, but based on this experience, I would not trust this hotel with my reservation again.

The room is basic and dates back a bunch of years. Housekeeping is nice and staff was ok. I look for a decent room and bed when traveling but this wasn't it. Pay the little bit extra for comfort.

- ARAlberto RomeroFeb 27, 20261.0Room smelled strong cleaning smell (chemical) took like an hour to acclimate. Had small roaches in the kitchen. My coworker and I had different rates $232 and $187 and we checked in at the same time and checked out at the same time. I talked to manager and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Front desk was not friendly. The only good thing was free washer and dryer.
