  My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. We strongly recommend it. The hotel is in good shape, reflecting the care and hard work of the staff. Particular positives are the comfortable beds, full breakfasts, and friendly, helpful staff. We plan to stay there whenever we visit Florida.

  This would be a 5 star review if one individual wasn't involved. Ernesto, Nakita and almost the entire staff was awesome. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Room was great, breakfast was excellent, and the location is prime. Our first issue is the GM is never available to address problems and she never responds. Having not met her, she is not the problem here. An older lady named Paula works the front desk 5 morning a week. SHE is the problem. The first 2 days she was friendly, after that she got nasty, rude, and began to show her true colors. We had some confusion with our billing and she made sure to insult me in front of all the guests eating breakfast. My personal information should not be broadcast for all to hear. It was one of the most embarrassing moments I have ever had. Everyone turned and looked! This woman called the room at 7:30am to let me know she needed payment for that night. 3 1/2 hours before the posted checkout time. We have never had this kind of treatment at any establishment, not even close. Paula shouldn't be in any type of customer service. She even decided to knock my payment method of a debt card saying "Most people use a credit card but you obviously can't obtain one"! We will not return to this location for any reason unless Paula is gone.

  Hubby and I wanted a night away so we came here. It didn't disappoint! We got a king bed room, the bed was so soft and comfy as were the pillows. The hotel and room were both clean and no funny smells! The showers are great and they have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a major perk since I have long hair! Bonus is its very near to the beach! We would definitely go back!
