  We drive 10 hours to stay here. The rooms were nice and clean, but we had trouble using our key card 3 times. It was so inconvenient and aggravating! The “free” WiFi was only if we signed up to be a member. We will not be coming back.

  I am giving a higher rating due to Mac at the front desk. We have been staying here for a couple of years now for our cruise travels and Mac always provides exceptional service. When we arrived the night before our cruise, we thought we would have a shuttle transport from airport to hotel after we spoke with someone else when booking about needing it. We found out when we got in late that the shuttle doesn't run after 11pm so that was a bit of an inconvenience. The room was also a bit run down compared to previous stays. However, when we came back from our cruise, we were thrilled to see Mac working because we knew he would take good care of us!

  I stayed at this hotel from September 16 to 17, 2026, for less than five hours. As of October 10, I am still waiting for my security deposit to be returned—more than three weeks after checkout. I request that hotel management resolve this promptly and provide written confirmation of the refund or release of the card authorization. If any amount was retained, please provide an itemized explanation. This unresolved deposit has negatively affected my experience. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

  Hotel atendeu bem minha família e 2 diárias, fica próximo ao aeroporto (tem translado para o Hotel), quartos limpos e confortáveis, o espaço do café é pequeno, mas não tivemos problemas em tomar café. The hotel served my family well during our two-night stay; it is located near the airport (with a shuttle service available), and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although the breakfast area is small, we had no trouble getting breakfast.

  Probably the worst travel experience we have ever had. We are on a vacation for a cruise and chose this location as is close to the port. First off. We get to our room and none of the charging ports work in either of the 2 rooms we had. The TV was not working either. (Weather related) They sent a Maintenance man. He said they have no way of knowing what rooms the ports work in and don’t work in. The guy at the front desk was arguing saying the maintenance man said they did work. He said that’s not what he told him. The plugs worked only. The front desk said very rudely “well you can cancel your reservation!” He had a horrible attitude. Then the elevator alarm kept going off. Again we told the front desk as an elderly couple was in there. All she said was “did anyone call 911?” The 2 days we were here it has trapped people 3x. Before they put an Out of order sign.” The driver and other workers and guests were pleasant. But the guy behind the desk “I believe was the GM” needs to have people skills. We called again for maintenance as one of our rooms toilet was plugged. No one came! Our key cards stopped working twice during our trip. When I flipped my pillow to fluff for bedtime, there was a bug stuck to the pillow. The linens smelled musty like they have not been washed in awhile but the sheets were clean. They said they were gona charge a holding fee off $50 per room and charged $100. We had 4 bills on our cc. (2 duplicate) they said would drop off. But to charge full price 4x for 2 rooms? We wanted a receipt for our protection and he refused. The pool ladder first rung is lose and moves. My son fell into the pool, but unharmed. We have used Holiday Inns before and this was a BAD 2 day start to what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable week. Other guests were complaining as well stating they could not wait to get to their next hotel and out of here. Shame on your General Manager!
