  Vesna was fantastic woth helping me check in and giving me awesome advice on food options. I also accidentally booked the handicapped room and she caught that and chnaged me to a good room. Very nice and professional. Thank you.

  This Holiday Inn really made the difference in our trip. We arrived at 2 am from a delayed flight but with the easy check-in and their facilities we quickly recovered our peace of mind. Specially Mac at the front desk really knows his thing. He was very kind, professional and attentive. We really felt like home there. Thumbs up for this Holiday Inn.

  Me hospede en ese hotel del dia 20 al 22 de junio. Lamentablente olvide mis sansung buds( se que estan ahi) entre mi hermana y yo tenemos mas de 10 llamada sin extito te dicen que luego te llaman y mil historias mas sin resultados, nunca estube antes en un hotel de tan baja calidad y responsabilidad. Ya cuando llegue me tube que cambiar de cuarto por el olor a Ma ri guana que tenia el que me dieron. No lo recomindo, muy inresponsables con los visitantes. Vivo a 7 horas de ahi pero voy a volver hasta con la policia si es necesario a recuperar mis sansung..

  I booked it from Priceline. I arrived here after an exhausting 5-hour drive, only to be met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk clerk (an Indian gentleman wearing glasses) didn't even bother standing at the desk when I walked in he just stayed lurking right inside the back door. From the second he stepped out, his attitude was completely hostile. He couldn't understand my name for the booking and immediately tried to deflect by aggressively asking, "What hotel did you even book at?" When I tried to show him my Priceline confirmation, he refused to even look at my phone. I literally had to walk around and go up to his computer screen myself just to point out and show him my own name. He looked visibly pissed off the entire time. Then things got sketchy. He demanded $10 a day for parking and explicitly pushed for cash. He told me if I used a credit card, there would be a $100 incidental hold. I said that was fine, but he kept bugging and pressuring me to pay cash instead, claiming "everyone else pays cash." When he finally ran my card, I noticed the receipt showed a $50 hold instead of the $100 he just stated. When I politely asked for clarification just wanting to make sure the amount was correct as a customer he snapped and got incredibly angry. He hostilely yelled that "depending on the card, it's 50 sometimes or 100 sometimes." It is completely unacceptable to treat paying guests this way. He entirely ruined the mood of my trip after a long travel day. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that the actual hotel stay wasn't bad. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was actually good. But management seriously needs to look into the attitude of their front desk staff and their bizarre insistence on cash payments. Avoid dealing with this guy if you can
