  The breakfast staff were amazing !!! Breakfast was great and they were always filling up the food and very helpful ! Overall experience with whole crew was top notch !!! I would stay again in a heartbeat ! Shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

  We have stayed at this hotel a handful of times before going to the port for a cruise. It is the absolute most convenient distance from everything you need, the airport, cruise port, restaurants, stores, etc. my favorite part about our stay was meeting Nathalie. She was working the breakfast and has the sweetest smile and demeanor and also so helpful. She made us feel warm and at home.

  I booked the hotel fr 2 reasons. 1 location and 2 fr rewards because of late checkout. When checked in I gave my rewards # and asked fr late checkout. Was told it was fine. Next day in the morning front desk called asked what time I'm checking out. Told them I hv rewards and late checkout. Was told rewards was not on the account and hv to checkout 1 hr earlier. I was planning on booking this hotel before my next cruise, but now I'm not planning on it. If the location wasn't excellent (close to supermarket) I would hv booked a different hotel. Also, there's no shade at the pool. Hard to enjoy it.

  Room was nice for the most part. The door had large gaps all around out to the hallway and didnt seem to close fully. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. The worst part of staying was the front desk staff for overnight. We were routed here with a hotel voucher for a canceled flight and it was one of few options available. When we arrived the person at the front desk was nice. It took awhile for the line of people to get checked in but it was fine. They had to do a shift change the staff member that came in was rude to every customer. I understand it can be frustrating, coming into a shift where the line is already backed up with a late night rush of incoming guests, but she was very obviously annoyed and took it out on the customers. All the guests waiting were polite even with the long waits and she was rude and brusk to everyone. She was a little better when we checked out in the morning.

  Beware, they have nice rooms and gross rooms. We booked a king bed with a crib. When we checked in at night the staff member gave us a room with 2 doubles on the first floor. Claiming it was an upgrade. The first floor rooms look like they are prison cells, they were old and disgusting. In addition there was no room for a crib. My wife went and complained twice and got a different room. Turns out there are renovated and unrenovated parts of the hotel. The renovated room met expectations! No complains, it was as advertised. But the first room in the unrenovated portion of the hotel was nasty.
