  Great hotel — clean, fresh, and it even smells like a resort when you walk in. My room had a lemon scent and was spotless. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Loved that they offer a day rate so you can relax, use the pool, get work done, and then take the shuttle to the airport. Pool was clean, loungers were comfortable, and thankfully not salt water. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect spot to recharge after a cruise. ~Cheers

  Mrs Lorena at the front desk is amazing. She helped me so much. With our entire stay. With checking in and coordinating the shuttle to dock. She deserves a raise!

  This is a very convenient location pre or post cruising. We arrived after our cruise pretty early, and we were just going to drop off our bags to venture off. The front desk receptionist, Alisia, noticed my little one have fallen asleep on the couch, and instead of having us walk away and check-in later, she made arrangements to let us check-in right away so my kids can sleep. Thank you very much to Alisia for going above and beyond!

  My daughter and I stayed at your hotel this past weekend, and I wish I could rate it 10/10 stars. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They explained all of the hotel’s amenities and answered all of my questions in detail. After my daughter and I unloaded the car, we realized this is probably one of the most secure hotels we have ever stayed in—and we travel every other month. The elevator, parking garage, and staircase all require a room key for access. And the room… oh my! We did not want to leave. Our room had a barn door that closed off the bedroom from the bathroom area. This was a genius addition because it completely blocked out all hallway noise. I did not hear a single sound from outside our room the entire weekend. Breakfast definitely did not disappoint. We certainly did not leave hungry! There were pancakes, cinnamon rolls, omelets, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, a juice bar, and coffee. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I called all my friends who go to FLL and told them book this place it is amazing.

  No sound proofing whatsoever, you're going to hear every door slam and hallway conversation. Some family was in the hall for 30 minutes at 11pm yelling and carrying on, claimed their room wasn't ready. Front desk left me on hold for 10 minutes before the line disconnected. Breakfast is free, but it sure tastes like it. (The workers at breakfast were very friendly, and the only reason service wasn't 1 star). Room wasn't in great shape: Multiple lights didn't work. Shower wall separating from wall behind it and bulging out. Holes, marks, and random miscolored paint spots on walls. Mold in bathroom in grout and even the shampoo bottles. Tv was also on its last leg with a streak of dead pixels and discoloration along the top. The only saving grace of this place is that it's walking distance from plenty of decent places to eat.
