- MTMark T2 days ago5.0I want to call out a couple of staff at this location for their service. Lorena, front desk staff, was superb and helped me book the price I was looking for and upon arrival treated me like a VIP/Family. Natalie, one of the staff at the breakfast area was extemely nice and welcoming. We got our rooms in a timely manner and overall made the trip very smooth. In general, for any budget conscience tourist, this place was great and would highly recommend. Would probably book again for a future cruise.

- MVMichael VaporisAug 14, 20261.0The brochure does tell the real story, we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express as it was close to the port for our cruise the next day and we have had good luck with Holiday Inns. We were so disappointed when we checked in to our room, the room was literally wet with humidity, the room was so outdated, the smell of sewer was prominent and when we open the drapes to let some light in, we were shocked to see an operational sewer plant 20 feet away from the hotel, the view & smell was disgusting as you might imagine. The elevators were terrible, one was out of service and the other was so slow and shaky we were afraid it was also going to breakdown! Never again!

Our room overlooked a sewage processing plant which is next door to the hotel. Not to bad in the evening but the morning it stunk! We also had a storm in the evening and water came through the ceiling by the window...we had to put the bin down to catch it. Overall, it was ok, convenient for the cruise port, but not sure we'd stay again due to the smell.
