  I spent the day at the pool and enjoyed some spa services, and the entire experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Yelitza, who took care of me at the pool, was especially wonderful, so sweet, attentive, and great to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend this place. Thank you!!!

  Sadly, a waste of money. Service was particularly abysmal. Kevin at the front desk tried to gaslight me into believing I was in a different room category than I had witnessed with my own eyeballs. The Chase/Edit benefit was only $60 — the lowest I’ve ever seen. Will not return and strongly advise against others staying here!

  El personal fue poco amable, especialmente la mesera, quien tardó más de 15 minutos en acercarse a tomar nuestra orden, aun sabiendo que queríamos desayunar. Cuando finalmente llegó, nos informó de manera poco cordial que el horario de desayuno ya había terminado y atendió el servicio de mala gana. Además, no hablaba español en un hotel con servicio internacional, y su presentación no fue la más adecuada para un establecimiento de esta categoría. Tampoco nos ofrecieron pan ni mantequilla, y al solicitar un pan dulce nos indicó que ya no había disponible. Resulta sorprendente que un sábado a las 11:30 a. m. un hotel de este nivel no cuente siquiera con esa opción básica. Lo más lamentable es la falta de supervisión y capacitación del personal por parte de la dirección de alimentos y bebidas. El único empleado amable y profesional fue el recepcionista. Para finalizar, el servicio de valet parking también fue extremadamente lento: esperamos alrededor de 30 minutos para que nos entregaran el vehículo. No lo recomendaría a huéspedes o comensales que esperan un servicio de calidad y atención acorde con la categoría del hotel.

  Beautiful property across from beach with excellent tasty restaurants across all $ range after simple walks. 3rd floor pool (2) for families and singles. Views are outstanding of ocean and boat sightings. At night the area becomes very busy with traffic, however the property attention is to the clients so eating and wine/alcohol/nonalcoholic on site is top shelf. I cannot speak more highly about staff and their client assistance. If you want to travel around the local area they have an outstanding electric golf cart provider that stations on site and gives excellent client transfer to top shops and restaurants.

  If I was comparing this to other FS, I would give it a 3. We stay at FS, because they are generally better than the rest and service is beyond. Issues during our stay: Bathtub water never turned warm so we couldn't bathe our kids and baby. Called 3x to fix it. Wasn't fixed. At other FS our kids bed is made, they get kid slippers and little bath items. After the first night of no turn down and the kids bed not made, I called. I had to call each night because they never did it and we had to be in the rooms while they made it... no extra stuff for the kids which is always a nice FS perk. Pool service was super delayed and pool was overcrowded but this is probably due to busy weekend When we got to the hotel no one was waiting and our driver didnt know what to do. He helped us carry our luggage in and we still had to go to the desk while our luggage sat there unattended. It was just strange for a FS. We waited past 4 for our room to be ready. Went to the pool where our bag got wet. Also just strange for a FS. No apology or anything. No kids activities which there have been at other FS we have stayed at. Kids club was just one large banquet room. People there were nice though and ready with crafts Overall, just not as amazing, easy, and relaxing as other FS. Still nice though Pros Best thing ever was, I asked where they thought I could buy a swim diaper and they ended up procuring for me. Carolina, especially, and service very kind despite aforementioned issues. The food was good. Beach service was quicker and more reliable.
