- LSLaura Squeo1 day ago1.0Zero stars if I could. . I found cockroaches in my bedroom, and the smell was absolutely horrendous. They were crawling on my legs, making the stay horrifying and completely unacceptable. I contacted general manager Isaiah, but he has ignored me because I requested a refund. This experience was disgusting, unsanitary, and deeply distressing. I strongly advise everyone to avoid immediately this place entirely. I find it very interesting that this place doesn’t allow you to post videos or pictures. Anybody wants to see the video contact me I’m happy to show you disgusting dirty smelly place. The worst part being ignored by management Isaiah.
- MGMichele Greig2 days ago5.0Everything was great about our room. It's just kind of in a weird location. Not too much to walk to, but we may do is we were getting on a cruise ship. The next day. Do wish they had a shuttle, which was included to the cruise port
- AIAlice with an i.a.4 days ago1.0I keep trying to call to inquire about the complimentary airport shuttle, but someone just picks up the phone and hang up.
- ABAndrew BOct 4, 20265.0Excellent practical hotel for the port Good restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Small but perfectly functional pool on 5th floor. Uber drop off on the ground (first) floor underneath the hotel rather than off the street and reception through the doors.
- TWTyler WrightOct 4, 20265.0We're staying here due to it being so close to the port. There was a shuttle that picked us up from the airport at no additional cost. It will also be taking us to the port. Check in took 3 minutes and was pleasant. Overall great experience
