- ARAnthony Russell2 days ago5.0Stay was great! We got in very late nothing was open but the front staff accommodated my children with snacks and water! Very clean smells amazing and kikis restaurant top tier! Amazing food very good portions and staff is very friendly
- RWRah Rah W4 days ago2.0I had no problem with the room, this hotel has held my $100 incidental since August 1st 2026, today is August 19th. I called them on August 9th and they realized they hadn't released it and I was told it was immediately released. I called again on the 16th because my financial institution told me it hadn't been released, so I asked for an itemized receipt showing it had been released which I received through email. I stayed at the Laquinta Inn on August 8th after returning from my cruise and that incidental from that hotel was returned the next day after my check out. I will never stay at Crowne Plaza ever again. It doesn't take two weeks to return an incidental in 2026.

Unfortunately, our experience at the KIKI restaurant was the complete opposite. Kiko, in particular, was extremely rude and made us feel as though we were not welcome. The service was disappointing, and it left a negative impression that took away from an otherwise enjoyable visit.
