- GGGLD3 days ago2.0Room, customer service and location were 5 stars. Gave a 2 star overall rating because in all my years of renting hotels, I've never had to walk 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out of service and when I asked when it would be repaired, they didn't know. For such a big company, this was totally unbelievable and unacceptable. To supposedly help with the situation, I was offered $5 off of parking. WOW! That didn't help my knees. Won't stay there again. 😡
- AIAlice with an i.a.4 days ago1.0Reservation canceled....for no reason...I always pay at the property, I've never had a Reservation canceled just because. She claimed she my card declined, but why was my card being authorized, when I choose to pay more to be charged at the property. I'm at the airport having to book another reservation.

- DTDavid TyreeOct 2, 20264.0Very convenient location. When I checked in, I was greeted by Genesis, who was very friendly and knowledgeable of restaurants and services in the area (she also provided me with a list of "walkable" and "short drive" places. The hotel is nice and the room was very clean and updated. The biggest issue I noted was the carpet in the hallways smelled a bit musty and appears as though it needs replaced. The room, however, was nicely appointed. One other minor issue was there was no body lotion in the room. When I stay at other, IHG branded hotels, Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are available. When I checked out, and very friendly (especially for 6:00 AM) gentleman named Marc, processed my departure and wished me a good day.
