  El hotel, en cuanto a precio y conveniencia es una gran opción en Fort Lauderdale para hacer un par de noches previas o posteriores a una salida de cruceros. El staff resuelve lo que necesites. El hotel no tiene casi amenities. No incluye desayuno, no hacen limpieza diaria, sino semanal y en los cambios de huéspedes.

  If Arlene and Sonia are working you will have the best experience. The reviews are lower than many other hotels and yet this is the best and cleanest hotel in ihg in the whole Central/South Florida area that my team experience,... The housekeeping doesn't speak much but probably because of culture and they have to get permission from front desk to do certain things so don't be offended. Food and business needs are right across the street. They have a good quality air balance AC units. Their complimentary laundry room is always clean. The whole place always smells nice. The complimentary coffee and tea station always cleaned. Don't choose nowhere else. Spend 10.00 for an Uber to where you need to go and stay at this location because it's definitely going to be a better experience than your hotel near your corporate office or events. Plus they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport and the prices are very good. Well worth the experience. Everyone here is nice and treats the guests with respect and warm welcomes daily. Arlene took care of everything we needed and made sure our accomodations were accurate and efficient. Sonia was such a delight. Tiara , Danielle, Baldwin... The whole team such a great group of people.

  Close to airport Food , package shipping, retail and phone store across the street. Arlene, Sonia and Danielle, amazing service with a smile. Tiara is a clean and friendly room attendant. They have everything you need. They are accommodating and attentive to cruise ship travelers. Complimentary airport shuttle is a plus. Stay here

  I reserved a queen sized bed suite. I knew we would be late to check-in, so I called the hotel directly to confirm that we would be arriving later that evening. The queen sized bed I paid for was not what I received. I didn’t even know hotels still had regular beds, which would have been less of a problem if there had been two beds. Disappointed.

  Booked this hotel for 4 nights and hated it so much that we checked out after the 2nd night (we would have checked out after the first night but had to give notice the day before or we wouldn’t get a refund) The girl that checked us in was super rude, our room smelled horrible and the carpet and bathroom were not clean. The toilet had water marks on the actual seat. We would NEVER stay here again. Very sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot…
