  If you and your family are traveling to the Florida Keys and want to stay the night at the beginning of the Key's this is a good location. I do recommend bringing bug spray because the mosquitoes are really bad around the property and will cover you in a heartbeat.

  Staff was super helpful and the room was clean. Parking lot seemed a bit scary, but we had no issues. Great breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool. Perfect stop for the night before you drive into the Keys. Food and gas nearby.

  we spent one night there before we drove down to the keys and honestly it was a horrible experience. check in and out went smoothly. however once we got to the room, it was a disaster. there were strands of hair everywhere on the dresser, nightstands, and on EVERY single towel that was provided in the bathroom even the small ones. each towel had either a strand of hair or a dirty spot. the bedsheets were dirty as well. then the next morning, we went to get breakfast at 9:30am and there was nothing there, only the stuff to make waffles but besides that everything else was empty. what’s the point of paying for breakfast included if there’s not going to be any! we told the front desk about our experience and all the offered was a 10% refund on our room at first. then called later and offered another 5% off because of how dirty the room was. i would NOT recommend this hotel at all if you’re traveling to the keys.

  Location, location, location. The hotel was very convenient for my visit to the Everglades and Biscayne Bay national parks. I've liked the Best western chain for a long time, the are typically very dependable and a good solid stay. My room was pleasant, the bathroom (especially the tub) was very clean. The fridge and microwave were welcome amenities. It was very humid(end of May) and the air conditioning was struggling. I was a bit concerned about some loud noise from a car on Saturday night but that wasn't on the property. The pool area was well kept and very much to their credit, they were painting the walkway areas outside - it's good to see the upkeep in action. The front desk, both Seth and another coworker were very helpful especially when I needed a late checkout so I could freshen up after the Everglades and before the airport. And, the breakfast, which is included, was great. Thank you for a very nice stay

  This was an ok hotel. Room was a bit dated, but had good AC. Bathroom was older. Breakfast was ok, with cereal, bread, scrambled eggs, waffles. When we came to check in we had to wait 10 minutes because of a restroom break. They had other staff, but none that could check us in. They had a small pool. The price was really good for what you got.
