  The district manager was in while we were checking in and was super nice and even helped us up grade. As someone who travels every week for work and expects a level of cleanliness, this best western exceeded expectations. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff is polite and the city is very walkable and safe. Tried a few of the recommended local restaurants and was not disappointed. I recommend this hotel!

  So sad drove 19hrs to our stay and Pool not available, docks to walk on under construction. Seriously, would have stayed somewhere else, if they would have disclosed these issues. DISAPPOINTED

  Roaches!!!! Killed several & left the room a day early to find a new place to stay. Housekeeping staff helped removed them but nothing from management to accommodate. They didn’t even offer a different room. I will never again stay & my first trip to FL has been ruined with having to get another room elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy

  Our stay was extremely disappointing and easily the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, directly adjacent to a neighboring restaurant that plays loud music every day from approximately 11 AM to 10 PM. The noise carries directly into the room and makes it very difficult to relax, rest, or concentrate. Even with the windows closed, the music remains clearly audible and intrusive throughout the day. We raised this issue with the front desk and requested a room change due to traveling with a baby. Unfortunately, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternatives were available, which left us with no solution for the noise problem. In addition, the pool area was poorly maintained and unclean, with dead bees and other insects floating in it.

  We LOVED our stay at that place... They reserve your parking (since the people of the restaurant next door tend to park in the parking lot of the hotel), the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bed is comfy ! A TON of channel on the TV... walkin distance of everything downtown. A wak way in the back of your room DIRECT on the bay ... wow . For a very inexpensive and super comfortable stay ... That's your place to go! It's a very old facility but they keep it clean and sort of up to date! Very a good time for us !
