  Love this place. Clean, walking distance to everything… quiet… need I say more? Oh and very reasonably priced.

  Checked it after 10pm on a Friday and the man at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! Ample parking and a short walk to many restaurants, bars, breweries and coffee shops as well as quaint unique shops! And you can’t beat the view of the sound from the building and balconies! Will be staying here again when in the area!

  We've been coming here for years. They can't seem to keep the front desk people. Every time we come down it's someone different. The management staff does not care about customer service at all. We'll continue to come back as the location is perfect for our needs. I guess they win, they can treat us like trash and we'll keep coming back. Shame on us.

  I was absolutely blown away when I opened the back door onto that harbor view!!! STUNNING!!! The room is fresh and smells so good! It's right next door to Bon Appetit and the food was the best I've had my whole trip!!! Can I just repeat everything I did today over and over?!? 🥰

  While the location is perfect, services we received were atrocious. I had booked a harbor view room only to be told at check in that they had to move us to a pool view. Due to traveling with a dog. After driving from Maine, we needed a place to decompress so agreed. When we tried to use the card to enter the room, it did not work. We went back to the desk only to be told to try again... the front desk staff didn't seem to believe us or be concerned at all. We tried again, still didn't work. Only after the 3rd time she actually got up and tried herself. It didn't work. She escorted us around the back of our room to the back door. It worked. But she promised us maintenance would fix the front. (Never did!) However, right next to the back door there is a filthy and smelly maintenance room that is used from 630 am to 8pm. Think lots of carts rolling, loud banging, staff talking and laughing loudly. This prevented us and the dog from getting the sleep we needed and woke us up promptly at 630 when maintenance was banging around in that room. Don't stay here if you believe service matters, broken promises bother you, room 127 is to be avoided at all costs, traveling with a dog, lots of more accommodating places in Dunedin.
