  The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Parking spots were a little narrow. Complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh and well maintained. Overall a very nice place and would stay again. It was just some little things about the rooms like places to charge devices and just some general wear and tear that is really to be expected. Location was slightly inconvenient getting in and out depending on direction of travel.

  I didn’t like the customer service. We were given a room on the 1st floor, and when we asked to switch to a room on the 2nd floor just 5 minutes later, we were immediately refused. They explained that she couldn’t change the room, but that’s a lie. At any hotel, a guest’s request to change rooms is normal. But apparently not at this one. We also didn’t receive any smiles or kind words from the staff

  We checked into the hotel today and were assigned a room on the first floor. We politely asked the front desk if it would be possible to move us to a room on a higher floor, but our request was declined without any alternative being offered. It was disappointing, especially since we made the request in a friendly and respectful way. Unfortunately, this affected our first impression of the hotel.

  FYI this hotel DOES NOT have ocean views like the pictures shown on the website. You have to stand at your front door to see the ocean. The harbor views are blocked by the parking lot. The hotel was OK but if you’re looking to see the ocean from your room, it’s not going to happen. In some of the Harborview rooms, you can look off your balcony and see a little bit of the ocean over by the restaurant, but not from the inside of your room. As long as you’re OK with that, you might like the hotel Pros: The room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The decor was cute. Breakfast was good. Front desk lady extremely nice

  My Service review goes the Gentlemen Ramon who checked us in. So very kind. The other associate Brandon was very nice too. Also a Huge Shoutout to the I believe possibly Filipino lady who was keeping everything spotless at breakfast. She was very helpful in wanting to make sure you had everything you needed. The downside were the grounds & the inside of the rooms primarily the Bathroom. you'll see in the pics that a good carpentry company needs to go in & fix the issues with no Caulking and/or Wood framing. The maintenance team needs to clean all the inside window frames especially in the bathroom. I don't feel the woman room cleaners should have to clean window frames. Outside needs some serious updating, cleaning & new mulch. Wires laying everywhere. sorry to complain but all these things really need to be taken care of. Afterall, we're paying for a decent stay at a Best Western who we've always had pretty good luck with. This location is in a nice area and view will be better once all the construction by the Harbor is finished. Also, could use a really good makeover. I will say the Bed was comfortable and flat smooth furniture really nice. Again a compliment to the lady running the breakfast area, she really does a great job keeping everything stocked and clean :)
