  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Doral Miami My stay at the InterContinental Doral Miami was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly exceptional, with every member of the team going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the overall attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality shown by the team—they made me feel like more than just a guest. I highly recommend the InterContinental Doral Miami to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation such a memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit. Not to mention this my 8th visit here and special thanks to Cesar and Camille on excellent service.

  Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. First, I accidentally left my Apple Watch in my room after checking out. I understand that this was my mistake, but unfortunately it was never found. The bigger issue was the parking charges. I was charged twice for parking. I contacted Vanessa, the Front Office Manager, and she confirmed that it was a mistake and that a refund would be issued. However, I still have not received the refund, and my follow-up messages have gone unanswered. As someone visiting the United States for the first time, this was not the kind of experience I had hoped for. I expected better customer service, especially after the hotel acknowledged the billing error. I hope this issue will finally be resolved.

  The stay was great. Beautiful Hotel, great staff and exceptional service. We did have one service member to be rude to us. Im not sure of her name but she worked the bar the evening of 7/21 as my husband and I decided to get a drink before going to the pool. She wasn't very pleasant. I assume she maybe had been a bit tired maybe. At about 11am the next day the lunch buffet was being prepared to open at 11:30am. We asked the service member Bostone about breakfast that if we could order while the lunch buffet was being served. He assured us that we could definitely order À la carte from the menu if we wanted but service wasn't open until 11:30. Very pleasant gentleman! We decided to wait in the lobby until service started. The server from the bar was now doing lunch service and seated us. I then asked for a breakfast menu as .my husband was gonna do the lunch buffet. She then grabbed two lunch menus and said, "here are lunch menus!" and walked away. Which i thought was very unkind. My husband was checking out the spread of the buffet and when he came back I explained to him what happened. He took the menus and went to the bar to get the womans attention. She came back to the table. I explained to her what Bostone had explained to us before service started. She proceeded to try to argue with me about the service time. I repeated to her what Bostone explained to us. She seemed frustrated and decided to get Bostone from the back. He then continued service for us and turned the mishap around. I appreciate the woman server for allowing another team member to interact with us. That made all of our moments at the time better. The car service on site was phenomenal. We will definitely stay again when visiting Miami in the future......

  I stayed here for a night as part of my Birthady celebration. 1st time ever. 10000% recommended. My understanding was that this place was sort of higher end hotel and indeed, areas have beautiful art, overall vibes are chill, friendly and cozy, rooms are super clean and neat, decorated with good sober taste. There was this soccer match between France/England and everybody at the lobby, guests and staff watching the game and reacting to it, although without ignoring their duties, so funny! The most impressive parte of our staying here at The Intercontinental though was the customer service... Absolutely bananas! You feel like royalty but treated as a close family member as well. Everybody is so warm and attentive! Special shout outs to Antonio from Valet, who received and took us to our room, we had good laughs with him; Conrad from Front Desk, respectful and attentive, he gave us the ice (for some reason you got to get the ice at the lobby from the Front Desk? =/); Angela from the bar, chatting while serving us drinks and taking us pictures, such a nice lady; lastly to Maria, Karolina, Cynthia, Karla and German from the Restaurant! We had breakfast there and it was wonderful! We felt like family here. Everybody so nice and talkative while respectful. Definitely coming back!

  We booked 5 days after checking in our room , with the family no shampoo, no trash can,no trash bag , fridge was not refilled open cans and drink was left in open snacks was left the shower had hairs on the wall , disgusting 😑did not even bother renst it off with the head shower leaking oil on the room door went down stair to complain im still still talking to the fron desk an Asian with glasses at front desk agent would not even wanna listen to me kept cutting me off ok ,ok, dial a number I Will send room service, very rude and unprofessional!!!
