  Had a pleasant short stay here for the Cadillac golf tournament at Doral & a visit to Gulfstream park. Good location - close to the airport, Doral course, and plenty of shopping & dining options. The room was comfortable and ample for our needs. I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. Hubby & I spent a few evenings at the bar & found Wilmer, Mario, & Angela to be great servers. Always welcoming & smiling. I would stay here again if visiting the area.

  Janiselle the night manager was rude , nonaccommodating , and offensive. Would not let us check into our room due to an attitude . We booked and paid for a room and had a confirmation she gave away our room based on bias

  I would like to highlight that the service received was excellent in every aspect. From the very beginning, there is a clear sense of professionalism and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff is extremely attentive and always willing to provide timely support. In particular, I would like to recognize the work of LUIS ESPINOZA , who provided close and personalized assistance. Thanks to his intervention, some issues related to the package delivery were resolved quickly and efficiently. His kindness, constant willingness to help, and dedication to delivering the best possible customer service truly make a remarkable difference. Without a doubt, his attitude reflects a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

  Ficamos hospedados neste hotel em férias no final do ano. O hotel é bem bonito, recepção, instalações, piscina e um jardim lindo e bem cuidado. Optamos pela tarifa com o happy hour e foi muito boa opção, o garçom um senhor ótimo. Compramos a ceia de natal e apenas sentimos a falta de algum som ao vivo para a ocasião tão especial e apenas havia um som ambiente igual ao do café da manhã. O café da manhã muito bom e poderia ter uma máquina de café para nos servirmos a vontade. Fizemos reserva para 2 quartos iguais com o mesmo valor e 1 dos quartos foi muito bom e reformado mas o outro nos colocaram em um quarto inferior e mais antigo. A limpeza do quarto muito boa e as camareiras educadas. Na recepção quero destacar um senhor super prestativo que guarda as malas e ele muito mais simpático que toda a recepção da parte da manhã. Na recepção quero ressaltar apenas o Sr Conrad que foi impecável, alegre, agradável e gentil e fez toda diferença no nosso check-in, o que não posso dizer o mesmo das demais recepcionistas em nossa chegada ao hotel, onde uma recepcionista que nos atendeu falou para sairmos do hotel para ir almoçar fora porque não tinha quarto disponível (chegamos após o meio dia com uma idosa com quase 90 anos com mais de 20 horas fora de casa até chegarmos no hotel e foi relatado todo esse histórico e assim mesmo o atendimento foi bem ríspido e sem nenhuma cordialidade ou cortesia) e nem para nos apresentar o hotel e dizer que tinha a opção de almoçarmos no hotel ou nos oferecer água ou mostrar o bar disponível ou até indicar locais na região e nada foi feito. Foi péssima essa experiência na chegada e não condiz com a rede Intercontinental. Esperamos voltar por toda estrutura no geral.

  We just wrapped up a wonderful weekend stay at the InterContinental Miami by IHG and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the elegant lobby with its stunning architecture and welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered incredible views over Biscayne Bay — waking up to that waterfront scenery was magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable (best sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a long time!), the bathroom was luxurious with great amenities, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The rooftop pool area was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with stunning sunset views and a refreshing vibe. Location-wise, being right on the waterfront in downtown Miami made everything convenient: easy walks to Bayside Marketplace, nearby attractions, dining, and quick access to the port or wherever we needed to go. What really stood out was the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. Dining options on-site were delicious too!
