  This hotel commits fraud. I did NOT receive a refund AND they charged me for the security deposit though we did not stay in the room. They refuse to provide a receipt! I will be pressing legal charges!!! Had a reservation for this hotel the night before our cruise. Checked in and lowered the air conditioner temperature to cool the room. After two hours the room was still hot. We notified the front desk who sent a maintenance person. Maintenance person checked the unit and said it was frozen. He was going to fill in the front desk. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told we could change rooms. Wrong. The general manager offered us a fan… the temps are in the 90s either no working air conditioning and a fan? We told them we wanted a refund and would find other accommodations. Two minutes later we received a call demanding we leave the room! Not even enough time to pack our items and leave. On top of the ac not working neither did the toilet. I DID NOT receive a refund. I will NEVER recommend this hotel. Have stayed at several Holiday Inn And Suites but received superior service.

  Un muy buen lugar en una posición muy estratégica de la ciudad al lado del centro comercial grande y nutrido que necesita uno y muy cerca de zonas de reunión social ... como edificio y como lugar muy bonito moderno el personal fantástico- las habitaciones muy bien arregladas y de estilo contemporáneo Me gustó muchísimo

  One of the best options in Doral, but watch out for the address! 🏨🛍️✈️ This is easily one of the best hotel options you can find in the Doral area, offering great value for what you are paying. However, please pay close attention to the exact address when booking! People very often confuse this property with the other location situated right near CityPlace Doral. Double-checking your reservation details will save you both valuable time and money. Location-wise, it is excellent. It takes about 15 to 25 minutes to get here from Miami International Airport (MIA). Plus, you will have two shopping malls, plenty of great restaurants, and a Best Buy very close by. If you didn't bring a car or rent one, I highly recommend downloading the Freebee app. It provides free eco-friendly transportation around the Doral area and can save you a ton of money on rideshares. Just keep in mind that this service operates on a strict, defined schedule, so do not assume it will be available late at night or at all hours. Overall, a solid, convenient, and well-located stay!

  Me hospedei por apenas uma noite com o objetivo de fazer compras e a experiência geral foi bem satisfatória. A localização é imbatível: fica colado ao Dolphin Mall (dá para ir caminhando) e ao lado de lojas ótimas como Ross, Best Buy e Dollar Tree. Além disso, atravessando a rua, dentro do International Mall, há excelentes opções de restaurantes. A equipe da recepção foi extremamente cordial. O único ponto negativo está sendo o pós-estadia: já se passaram duas semanas e o estorno do depósito caução ainda não foi efetuado. Enviei e-mail para o suporte, mas não tive retorno. Espero que a gerência possa me ajudar por aqui a resolver essa pendência.
