The room was excellent, very comfortable and well suited for resting. This hotel chain never fails in that regard. Staff service was also very good, and the price is reasonable, making it a great choice for short stays.
The main downside during my stay was the elevator situation. The hotel has two elevators, one of which was already out of service, and the second broke down midway through my stay. This meant using the emergency stairs to go up and down, including carrying luggage down the stairs at checkout. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and offered a discount at checkout for the inconvenience.
Breakfast was another area that could improve. The options were fairly repetitive, and items like the sausage were a bit overcooked.
Overall, a solid four out of five experience.

Stayed here for three nights and somehow left feeling like I had completed a fitness challenge I never signed up for.
The elevator was out of service for our entire stay, so every trip to and from our room on the 5th floor involved climbing the stairs. By the end of the stay, I was no longer a hotel guest—I was a reluctant stair-climbing athlete.
But the hotel clearly felt we weren't getting enough excitement from the stairs, so on the second morning at approximately 5:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off. Naturally, everyone woke up and started evacuating the building, only to find out that it was a false alarm.
Nothing quite says “good morning” like being jolted awake at 5:00 a.m. and having to evacuate a hotel after spending the previous two days climbing five flights of stairs.
I understand that emergencies and equipment failures can happen, and I don't expect a hotel to control everything. But when the elevator is unavailable for the entire stay AND guests are being evacuated at 5:00 a.m. for a false alarm, it makes for a pretty memorable three nights—and unfortunately, not in a good way.
At this point, I feel like the hotel owes me a vacation from my vacation.

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, comodo, habitaciones impecables, pero la segunda noche se dañaron los ascensores y tenemos 2 dias subiendo y bajando 4 pisos y nadie sabe cuando lo van arreglar

Had a wonderful stay there for my daughters Graduation from FIU. Everything was great. Room was spacious and very clean. AC worked so good (I love it cold)! Pool was clean and the outdoor seating out of the sun was so nice!
Ana was awesome! Always checked that we were having a good stay and helped anyway she could.
Sofia went above and beyond when my daughter left her Kindle in her room. We live out of town and she shipped it back to us!
We got the 310 horrible room
Bathroom Light was connected to the hall way light so if you need to use the bathroom every one get disturbed by the light in the room.
A/C was not cooling also wall adaptor by the window not working.
One of the comforters was smelling at pee.
Disgusting!!
Front desk girl left her post for 30 min without letting no additional staff to know so we stood there saying hallo for 30 minutes.
They said the hotel was fully booked so no room available as the one we requested.
We made a reservation 1 month ago is not like we walked inn.
So they had time to arrange the room properly.
When they change us from room in the morning we got 312
Bathtub clogged and A/C better.
We was gonna stay one more night but this hotel was not cutting it for us.
