  La ubicación está muy bien, estás céntrico de la mejor playa. No sé que está sucediendo con el compromiso de los empleados, la habitación estaba muy sucia. Encerio muy sucia. Las instalaciones también estaban súper sucias. El personal no tiene compromiso a su empleo. Los veías platicando,comiendo, socializando entre ellos. Esa cadena hotelera es buena. Te recomiendo mirar las habitaciones y las instalaciones antes de hacer la reserva.

  first thing when we got in we saw a palmetto on the bed. the guy at the front desk argued with me about it being a roach (which it is but still disgusting either way) then asked “what do you want me to do about it” when i asked to change rooms he did but said “i can’t guarantee you won’t find another one” which even if true, is a disgusting thing to say to a guest. also the shower door in our room doesn’t close so i took cold showers all week. gave two stars because the breakfast is okay. we don’t normally stay at this hotel and will not return.

  Please do not stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Destin Miramar Beach. When we first arrived, I didn’t pay much attention to the dirty elevator floors or the coffee stains on the front desk countertop. However, as we walked to our room, it became obvious that the hotel was not being properly maintained. The fourth-floor hallways needed to be vacuumed, and the stainless steel elevator doors were covered in fingerprints and smudges. Around 8:40 p.m., there were two guest room doors standing wide open—one down the hall and one right next to our room—which made us feel very uncomfortable. Once we entered our room, we were shocked. The floors were dirty, the shower appeared stained and unclean, there were stains on the bedspread, and the shower glass was covered with water spots and fingerprints. It honestly looked as though the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained my concerns. I also shared that I have an autoimmune disease, so staying in a clean environment is especially important for my health. The employee insisted the shower was clean and said the marks were from the cleaning product they use. I even offered to show her the photos I had taken, but she didn’t want to look at them. I also mentioned the dirty elevator floor that appeared to have something spilled on it, but that concern was dismissed as well. She offered to move us to another room, but by that point I was so uncomfortable and disgusted that I went to my car to see if I could find another hotel. I eventually came back inside, gathered our belongings, and let the front desk know that we were leaving. I have never experienced anything like this at a Holiday Inn Express. This property is in desperate need of repairs, renovations, and, most importantly, a thorough deep cleaning. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

  TV not working, Safety Door knob broken, window blind mot coming down, broken, Noice from road is annoying, but staff were nice, even though I was not compensated for unsatisfactory stay. update: Totally disappointed with Holiday inn staff reply as you see below, Now I want to give “0” stars if I have that option. My worst ever experience with holiday inn express ever. I would not recommend to any one.

  This hotel experience was so great!!! The staff was super friendly and so welcoming it was so nice and refreshing to see such a helpful set of staff especially Jennifer she was awesome. We were there from Saturday-Tuesday and the hotel amenities were also so great such as free breakfast, laundry machines, gym and pool access. Although I would say it is a bit tricky to get to the beach from this hotel it’s not impossible. Overall amazing experience amazing vibes and amazing staff shoutout Jennifer for going above and beyond to the guests!
