  Amazing vacation place to chill beaches are great and the amenities are awesome and lots of restaurants to choose from highly recommend the place they have a boardwalk with lots to do in it.

  Was here with my family last week and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms aren't ultra modern with all the latest technology but they are everything you need plus you absolutely can't beat the location. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again

  Our room was nasty! Mold and water damage throughout our room! The laminate floors buckled from water damage, with mold growth underneath them! Mold and water damage on the bottom of most of the bathroom vanities in our 4 bedroom condo. Ants were an issue too, we had no food left out. Floors were dirty, the bottom of your feet would be black from walking on them! Hope no one puts their infant baby on them! The mold is the big issue, can cause permanent respiratory issues if exposed long periods of time! We were in room 1006. Would expect this at a Days Inn but not at a Club Wyndham!

  Choose Emerald Grande for a destination wedding. Event staff was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Front desk staff was not as accommodating or friendly and seemed indifferent we had reserved over 20 rooms, were spending a fair amount of money at the bar, restaurant, and the property in general.

  Was walking down the Harbor walk on Sunday night looking for a sunset dolphin cruise with my boyfriend. We were approached by Hannah and said she could get us a free dolphin sunset cruise that night if we signed up to go to a tour the following morning. We said yeah sure why not so we signed the papers and put down the $50 deposit. Almost immediately after signing we were told by Hannah that the dolphin sunset cruise for the night was actually sold out. We were pretty bummed out by this but then she said she could get us in the next night. We left still planning to go to the tour but we were curious and checked online and at the dolphin cruise spot and it was NOT sold out. We were lied to so they could take our money and make us sign up. We went back to the stand and told them we wanted a refund and did not want to go to the tour anymore and were told we couldn’t get a refund til the next day. Later that night Thomas was constantly texting me and saying that Hannah is a new and made a mistake and that Hannah lied to us saying they don’t give out any gifts. He also then told us that they actually don’t do refunds. That mistake cost us $50…. We still have not received a refund so we will be taking this matter into our hands considering Club Wyndham has several lawsuits against them. Do not trust these people they just want your money! All they do is spew lies.
