  Very comfortable place. Help is friendly and it's very quiet. A bit isolated from anything commercial, and a little harder to find at night. VERY good breakfast offerings!

  Located in the beautiful town of Defuniak Springs, FL this gorgeous hotel provides beautiful ambience and exceptional cleanliness. The lobby is beautifully decorated and instantly makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The rooms are exceptionally clean and we greatly appreciate that the entire hotel is smoke free. The shower’s water pressure was great compared to other places we have stayed. The breakfast area is a little small for a busy weekend, but the offerings were plentiful and delicious. Everyone was able to find something they liked! The pancake maker was a huge hit, also. It’s conveniently located near I-10 but just enough off the road enough to make you feel like you’re in the country. It’s also conveniently close to plenty of food options and only about 10 min from the spring-fed lake and downtown historic area. We will definitely be returning!

  I accidentally booked the wrong nights through expedia. Expedia wanted to charge me $175 to change the dates to the correct dates or not issue me a refund. I called the front desk and spoke with Gabriel. He had a stellar attitude and helped coordinate a proper refund through the crappy 3rd party while getting me booked for the correct dates. Just wanted to shout out Gabriel, great job man thanks 👍
