- JPJackson Parrish2 days ago5.0I accidentally booked the wrong nights through expedia. Expedia wanted to charge me $175 to change the dates to the correct dates or not issue me a refund. I called the front desk and spoke with Gabriel. He had a stellar attitude and helped coordinate a proper refund through the crappy 3rd party while getting me booked for the correct dates. Just wanted to shout out Gabriel, great job man thanks 👍
- APAMEH Porter3 days ago5.0Wonderful experience. Needed a mobilty acessible room-price was reasonable.spacious room considering it wasn't a suite. Room was clean. The whole facility was clean and NOT out dated appeared well kept(maintance).....I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
- PBPatrick Bryant6 days ago2.0Stopped in on our way back from Disney World to Louisiana and booked a double queen room for 1 night . Front desk lady was very nice for sure and handled the reservation like a pro! Upon check in to the room, we noticed a very pungent smell ( sweaty, stinky feet, moldy maybe) . Carpet floors were extremely dirty and smelled like urine. Bathroom was somewhat clean other than the shower curtain having a heavy moldy and urine like smell. I travel for a living and stay in Holiday Inns all over the country and this was by far my worse experience! Be sure to check your rooms before signing your reservation paperwork !

I was in town for work and needed a late check-out and Angel was very accommodating. The folks here have wonderful personalities . Great customer service!
