  I was told I smoked inside the room....no smoke detector activation or burn marks.....charged me for something I didn't do

  Jalen, Ronaldo and Sandy are very nice & give excellent happy service . I would recommend the hotel to everybody here in South Florida& again those three are excellent nice people and should get an Award 🥇. . Also, the rooms are very large like a double room that was unexpected and I enjoyed the big pool and the Jacuzzi here and I like to walk around the beautiful lake .. Please check out this friendly, happy hotel. .🏨 . One of the best I ever stayed at for the price .. Thanks everyone for making my stay so peaceful and nice …😎

  Truly enjoyed our stay here! The two ladies that checked us in on Wednesday were so friendly! The room was clean and smelt good. Absolutely loved our room with a living room, bedroom and balcony! Nice walking path around a pond. Got to see some iguanas! The soaps that they have are wonderful!

  The positive aspects: The room was tidy, and the bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience. The negative aspects: One of the elevators was out of service, and during our visit, the only functioning elevator also malfunctioned for several hours. We were located on the 4th floor. Additionally, the pillows were quite small and not of standard size. The unfavorable aspects: The breakfast was quite disappointing. There was no bacon or sausage available. Instead, there was merely some corned-beef hash that appeared to have been poured into the warmer directly from a can. The waffle machine lacked any non-stick spray or oiling agent. When I inquired with the staff member, who had limited English proficiency (and English is my second language), I was informed that the manager had prohibited it. I attempted to use the machine three times, but the batter stuck to both the top and bottom, causing the waffle to break apart upon opening. On my third attempt, I showed the staff member the issue, and she simply unplugged the waffle maker and removed the batter.
