  Very nice time was had by all, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the restaurant - Ben, Kimberly, Mark, Clarice and the gang do great work!

  The hotel is not anything fancy, but for the price you pay, it is honestly a good option. Our room was comfortable and overall fine. The only issue was that there was some dust on the furniture, and we noticed long hair on the closet floor, which was pretty noticeable and made it seem like the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. However, the BEST part of our stay was definitely the staff, especially Priscilla at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Honestly, I would come back to this hotel mainly because of her. Having someone like Priscilla at the front desk makes such a difference. She is a true asset to the hotel and deserves to be recognized for the amazing way she treats guests. ❤️

  Positiv: Das Zimmer war geräumig mit genug Platz für 4 Koffer. Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt am Strand. Beim Frühstück wird Porzellan und richtiges Besteck genutzt. Negativ: Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablagefläche – Kulturbeutel und Kosmetik mussten auf dem Boden stehen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und war wegen der Einfachverglasung morgens und abends sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage gab ein klopfendes Geräusch von sich. Eine Mikrowelle gibt es nur neben der Rezeption - unpraktisch und unangenehm dort das Essen zuzubereiten. Am schlimmsten war das Frühstück: Gebucht war für 4 Personen, vor Ort hieß es plötzlich, es gelte immer nur für 2 Pers/Zimmer, da das Restaurant nicht zum Hotel gehört und selbständig ist. Für die anderen beiden Personen mussten wir fast 34 Dollar extra zahlen. Dafür war die Auswahl sehr gering und völlig überteuert. Das Hotelpersonal zeigte wenig Verständnis und keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war sauer, weil wir nach der Aktion keinen Tip gegeben haben (wofür auch, wenn man sich selbst am Buffet bedient?). Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und wollten nicht mehr dort essen. Vielleicht ist das der Grund warum ansonsten nur 2 andere Gäste dort gefrühstückt haben. Wir waren schon oft im Holiday Inn, aber so eine Erfahrung haben wir noch nie gemacht.

  From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay was absolutely incredible—and the biggest reason was Priscilla and Laurie. These two wonderful women went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism turned what would have been a great stay into an unforgettable one. You can tell they truly love what they do because every interaction came from the heart. Priscilla and Laurie treated us like family. They greeted us with smiles, answered every question with patience, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to meet people who leave such a lasting impression, but these two are truly exceptional. They are the kind of employees every hotel hopes to have because they represent outstanding customer service at its absolute best. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was Priscilla and Laurie who made it feel like a home away from home. Their compassion, positive attitudes, and genuine care made our vacation so much more special than we ever expected. Thank you both for making our trip so memorable. We will always remember your kindness, and because of you, we can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll not only enjoy a beautiful hotel, but you’ll also be welcomed by some of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet.
