- KAKaren Atwood1 day ago5.0Daytona Beach. We fell in love with this beach and the hotel. Extended our stay 3 times we loved it that much. The front desk Nancy B was awesome and so helpful with our crazy extensions. If it weren’t Biketober, we would have stayed even longer. We found no reason to go out to eat for breakfast or dinner. Their happy hour kept us fed with just the right amount of food and drinks Breakfast had Shannon on top of every need. Happy hour Jenn S and Stephanie W were the best. Not only checking in with us frequently but we shared many laughs and great conversations. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Daytona. You can’t go wrong.

- RWRichard WrightOct 6, 20265.0Arriving at the hotel exhausted and starving I entered the on site restaurant anxiously desiring a quick and healthy lunch. While ordering my food I asked Shannon if I may have ANYKIND of vegetables in lieu of chips or fries. "Of course" Shannon replied! Within minutes my food was served with a heaping plate full of mixed veggies to compliment my fish sandwich. Shannon ensured my "off menu" special request was delivered and with a smile. What a special way to welcome me the Holiday Inn Resort at Daytona! Thank you Shannon!
- JFJusten FastjeSep 28, 20264.0Great location. Right on the beach with a private access to the beach. Rooms were clean, though a bit dated. It looks like the recently renovated but there are little finishing touches to be finished up that will drive any OCD person insane. Showers were on the small size woth just ok water pressure. Nice on-site laundry facility. 3.50 per load per machine. So $7 for one whole load washed and dried. Card only. Hotel pool was nice and deep and well kept. Beds are about as comfortable as you would expect. Bring your own pillows. AC in the room isn't great so don't expect to sleep in the artic or anything. No free breakfast.
- JRJeff ReedSep 23, 20263.0We booked an ocean view room with a queen bed. What we got was a room over looking a parking lot with street lights so bright you couldn't see the ocean at night . Plus we got a full size bed not a queen. It felt like sleeping in a sardine can since neither of us are thin. Only 80 people in this huge hotel and this is what we got to celebrate our 39th anniversary . Sad plus got over charged ! The extent of gouging for parking anywhere is off the chain !
