  Keke at the front desk set the tone of our stay with her warm personality and friendly service. She made us feel genuinely welcomed during check-in. The property itself was peaceful and quiet, yet still ideally located near a variety of restaurants, shopping, the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood. We appreciated the fitness center, which offered high-quality equipment that was clearly cared for and in excellent condition. Having access to complimentary guest laundry facilities was another standout perk and added tremendous convenience. Our stay in the two queen bed suite certainly exceeded expectations. The space was impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen was impressively equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, which made the suite feel even more practical for a longer visit. The separate living room was complete with a sleeper sofa and two ottomans that created a cozy place to unwind in the evenings. Between the thoughtful amenities, pristine accommodations, and overall affordability, this hotel delivered outstanding value. We would gladly return in the future.

  What a great place! Kiki was great and suggested a great seafood restaurant. She was the reason we will come back. Rooms are clean and all around very comfortable.

  I made a reservation for the day after I needed it accidentally. When I showed up the day before, they would not cancel the next day’s reservation or transfer it, so I paid for a new night ($165 more for Sunday night vs Monday) and was charged a full night no-show fee for the next night ($211.53). The young man working at check-in was inexperienced but very kind, though he could not help. However, the management should NOT be in customer service. The hotel itself was okay. Cleanliness was okay. Breakfast for this type of hotel was decent, but I can’t get past poor customer service these days on the part of the management. They made $165 more than they would have because of my error, but were still unwilling to make it right by not charging me for a second night I wasn’t staying for. We only stayed here for one night for accessibility to airport. We’re Hilton Honors members and won’t be staying with an IHG property again because of the poor handling of this by this hotel’s management (IHG says their hands are tied and it’s up to this hotel’s management).
