The room was spacious and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. The location is also very convenient, close to main roads US 27 Overall, a great experience and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Davenport, FL.

At check-in, I was told my reservation was not paid, even though I had proof and a valid receipt. I even explained that I work for a large, well-known multimillion-dollar company that regularly books travel, and this has never been an issue before. Despite that, there was no effort to verify or help resolve the situation. I was asked to email the confirmation multiple times, but the hotel’s email kept coming back as undeliverable. Instead of helping find another solution, the front desk agent made me wait while assisting other guests and showed little urgency or willingness to help. After a long drive, exhausted, I was left with no real support and ended up having to use my personal credit card just to check in—while being told to “call my company” in a dismissive tone. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of problem-solving and poor attitude at the front desk made for a very disappointing experience.
