  Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially since we booked it so my boyfriend could recover comfortably after surgery. Instead of a relaxing stay, we experienced one issue after another. The hallway to the rooms had no air conditioning and was unbearably hot. I even mentioned it to the front desk, and the receptionist simply responded, “Yeah,” without offering any explanation or concern. Our TV then stopped working completely, forcing us to pack up and move rooms—a major inconvenience for someone recovering from surgery. After moving, hotel staff entered our room twice without knocking or permission, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. Our room keys stopped working multiple times, and the front desk seemed unaware we had been moved. We were told our reservation was through Saturday, only to be told the next day it actually ended Friday. Now the hotel is trying to charge us for an extra night because of its own mistake. The breakfast was disappointing, and while walking outside, I noticed what appeared to be mold around the building’s vents. My brother’s family, who stayed on the floor below us, experienced many of the same issues, including excessive heat and moisture at their room entrance. Overall, we dealt with broken amenities, poor communication, privacy concerns, and repeated inconveniences during what should have been a peaceful recovery. At the very least, the additional night’s charge should be removed, and given everything we experienced, I believe appropriate compensation is warranted. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

  This is very disappointing to write. But my stay here was terrible. The check in process with alexa was great she was amazing. It wasn’t until the next morning me and my family were leaving out at 7am that we were encountered by the breakfast attendant. She was so rude to the guest as well as to the front desk staff. Inappropriate language was being used from the breakfast attendant. I was traveling with people well above 60 as well as younger children. We had just gotten off a cruise and stayed there for the night until we flew out the next morning. The breakfast attendant made racial comments about “black people” like she wasn’t of African descent herself. Her attitude was so nasty and very disgusting towards everyone that approached the breakfast entry if they didn’t have a voucher. She was very rude towards alexa as well. This was very shocking. The staff didn’t even know I, myself work for ihg. I have video proof of this encounter and well as all the racial slurs and profanity the breakfast attendant was using. She doesn’t represent IHG standards at all and should not be working in the hospitality field. I do plan on sending this video to corporate as well. Being an employee and myself and family being treated the way we did was unacceptable. My family and I gave this hotel great business. We purchased 6 rooms.

  There is not a whole lot of quick food options by here. It is only 5ish minutes from the airport. They have a private parking garage so that was a plus. Room was nice and clean. It was spacious for 5 people. Customer service was a challenge though. We needed bedding for the pull out bed and had to wait several hours for it to be delivered because the front desk couldnt just give it to us. Breakfast was a little disappointing also as the pancake machine was broken. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would stay here again.
